Also, what are my options if my dealer quoted me a different MF?....I got 0.0011. Is it proper etiquette to correct the dealership?...If so, what is the best way to proceed?

Add 1% for 10K

The proper etiquette is to tell the dealer you want the base MF, or you'll find another dealership. They know the base rate, you know the base rate (now), no need to negotiate it.
