Tell them you want the base MF, or you'll find another dealer.
The protection pkg and red key (?) are junk fees; simply lower the selling price to offset those costs, rather than trying to negotiate them out of the deal.

Notice the column heading above the prices and fees? "Purchase Option" - those numbers aren't necessarily valid for the lease quote at the bottom.

If I add the $995 acquisition fee to the sale price given, I can come pretty close to the same payment quoted.
