    You can count on me!

My favorite Subaru is my 2000 OBW because it is mine, and I have a lot of fun with it! I have used it to carry eveything from 59 cases of cat food (the 1st week I owned it) to my 2 nieces and my wife for a family vaction! I have gone on drives with it to meet other Subie owners (Juice, Mike, Dennis, Dave(hypov), and Ed to name a few). Subaru, and this club on Edmunds has opened a whole new world to me.

    Thanks,
    Mark

My favorite is the B4 Legacy, which I fully intend on owning someday, even if I have to move overseas to do so. For now, the 1994 Legacy Turbo will do just fine.

Juice, there would be multiple parking complexes @ the facility. I'd be buying a lot of different cars/vehicles and would need somewhere to put them! Probably a 4 story parking garage to house them :)

My favorite is a the WRX 5-speed wagon because it is a perfect mix of fun and utility! :)

BTW, I'll take mine in silver please...

    Patti -- Count me in!

What model Subaru is your favorite and why

Tough decision. I'll say the Forester based on my experience with it's utility and fun-to-drive factor. I must admit, I am secretly admiring the WRX Wagon and GT Wagon as well.

Patti - thanks for doing it again. My favorite Subie is my new/current one - my Midnight Black Pearl Impreza 2.5 TS wagon because it: is fun to drive, is very well priced in Canada, is powerful, is good looking and is just breaking in wonderfully. Very pleased so far. Thanks.

I missed out last time - but here I be.

Favorite: WRX wagon: because outrageous & affordable. However the practical side of me will buy either a Forester (turbo?) or Legacy GT wagon for my next car.

    count me in...pleeze?

I like the way Subaru owners (especially WRX owners) are willing to share hints, resources, etc for modding or doing maitenance on their cars.

    Mike (Paisan),

I don't know if its for sale or not, but I saw a burgundy SVX in the neighborhood last night. It had no plates, and was locked behind a chain link fence right near the Great Kills train station. I saw it and thought you may want to know.

My favorite Subie is the current Blitzen because it is slick. In the States, it would have to be the WRX wagon for its utility in a compact size.

My favorite so far is the Forester (it's what I own). My favorite to dream about right now is the WRX wagon, so much fun coupled with great practicality makes it number one in my book for now.

Although I drive a '00 OB, my favorite Subie is my wife's Forester because it's so fun to drive and practical at the same time.
Patti, thanks for sponsoring this fun dream!

The required phrase is "Count on me" not "Count me in". Will the judges have to rule on meeting the eligibility requirements?

Bat, I've seen that car from the train a few times. Didn't realize it was behind a gate and un-liscence plated. I should go check it out! :) Thanks for the info :)

The OCD in you is coming out again...time for the meds...Did you all notice that OCD has the same letters as Doc (better yet, Ross, did you notice that?)

My favorite Subaru is the '02 RS because of it's a torquey, nice handling, cheaper alternative to the WRX! Our VDC is in a close second place, though...

I like my '02 OB wagon because it is a lot like me!

    Dependable
    Versatile
    Not terribly common
    Rugged good looks
    Good use of available space
    Somewhat conservative
Not flashy, but gets the job done
Not overpriced - a good value
    Long lasting

I love My GT for a combination of sportiness with great utility.

I also like the exclusive factor since you do not see a lot of GT wagons here.

    Cheers Pat.

28 degrees celsius in Ottawa today, how does that grab you.

We seem to have skipped spring.

    Cheers Pat.

My 01 LL Bean because it takes me where I want to go. Good driver, good mileage, comfortable, is not an "SUV", and has the dependability of a Subaru!

    Forester. Fast, nimble, comfortable, cute.

Hello everybody. Still looking for a nice CD player for my GT. Found this one, but don't know if it's any good.

Let me know what you guys think. It would look nice in a car with those big Legacy letters.

Here in LaLa land it is 6 and raining!! The world is coming to an end. We had spring but skipped summer and fall. It's a normal November day today. Ugh.

    What me, OCD? ;~)

...here in SE Wisconsin. Went from about 50 degrees on Saturday to the 70's Sunday, and record temps yesterday and today in the mid-80's.

All that and no piston slap to hear!

Funny that you can get an aftermarket stereo named "Legacy". It's a perfect match!

The legacy brand is at the low end of the spectrum, stick with recognised brands like Pioneer, Jvc or Clarion or Kenwood, they all make a double din unit that fits in the legacy.

    Cheers Pat.

My favorite Subaru would have to be the WRX sedan. It is the only car that meets my four-door criteria and is serious about fun!
BTW, you guys are an awesome trove of information, and a cool way to fill in my free time at work!

    What's this game all about???
BTW, looked at the JVC and Pioneer models. They are way too expencive
  • ateixeiraateixeira Member Posts: 72,587
    Rachel (bluesunlion) is #27.

The game is a lottery ticket purchased by our fearless SoA rep and shared with the first 30 people to say "count on me" and then mention their favorite Subaru model.

    Hurry, 3 slots left.

I was going to sit this one out on the principle I didn't want to be greedy. But I weakened! My favorite Subie is the Forester because it is such a chick magnet.

Patti, you make the world a nicer place.

I guess that I arrived too late to be counted in, even though I love the handling of my wife's Legacy GT. I'm sorry for the rest of you though. I already purchased the winning ticket Sunday AM in NJ. Better luck next time.
