    I am actually shopping at ZIP 90745 for a friend of mine.
    However, I saw some real good deal that people got from 02169. It seemed to me like they are using 0 MF. So I wanted to check that with you.

    Also, Do you advise against a RAV4 lease since it seems MF is so high? And if so, is there a car/vehicle that you have seen really high incentives for?

    You should lease the car you are going to be happiest with for the next 3 years, not necessarily the one that has the best deal.
