    Hi there, can I get MF & Residual on:

    01701
    S AWD (w/moonroof pkg)
    36/12k

    Dealer tells me MF is .00094 which I think is correct, as I had another dealer tell me the same 2 weeks ago. That dealer also told me 64% residual. But this new dealer gives it to me in dollars when asked & I’m feeling like they’ve adjusted that to keep more $$ on their side.

    He tells me MSRP $36,480 with residual at $21,121. That works out to 58.78975%. Seems VERY odd. So I want to verify here that it should be 64%, so I can call him on it. Unless I’m missing something. First time leaser here (have been doing all my research), have always bought in the past.

    For additional insight here’s what he’s given me:
    $36,480 MSRP
    $34,999 sale price
    36/12k

    My plan is to get them down to $34k, as that seems to be the lowest I’ve seem sold in this area (MA). But the MF seems very off.

    Edit: Dealer tells me residual is 64%. So I need to run the numbers thru a calculator to figure out what they did.

    Dealers can't alter the residual. It's likely that the "MSRP" they quoted includes dealer accessories or markup that isn't part of the actual window sticker.
