The dealership is jacking up the money factor by 1% based on the values valid till today because they claim they can do that in the current market. Is this true?

I'm getting the Expy for $69k inclusive of all fees & destination / acquisition charges. It is a 2021 Expedition Max Limited with an MSRP of $71,190 inclusive of options & dest. charges. Dealer is asking for $662/mo. with $6.8k down. Is this a good deal?
