    Thanks! Ended up getting it for $3500 due at signing and $375.21/mo for anyone else for reference with a $23,000 residual on a 10k/36mo lease. It's highly inflated due to Virginia assessing the full 4.2% sales tax on the FULL amount ($45,480 agreed upon, $500 off the MSRP for this particular vehicle). We got the $11,300 lease cash + $400 military cash incentives as well for reference.

    With intentions to keep the car provided there are no issues, it essentially means we can purchase for ~$6k below MSRP between the 3 year lease costs + buying outright when done... and since there are no such deals or remote possibility of that with the current market state... I feel like that's not bad.
