    They are quoting the MF you provided--.00317--and saying that Toyota is providing incentives only on a 48 month lease. Here's their deal:

    $650 per month, with $1000 down payment. That deal includes my trade-in, as you can see below:

    48 month/12K
    Residual: 54%
    MF: .00317
    MSRP: $55,850
    Discount: $1100
    Trade in: $5318 (also subtracted from MSRP)

    How much is due at signing, other than your trade equity? $1000? Is that the total amount?

    What is their 36 month quote?
