The best way to know you're getting a good deal is to shop multiple dealers - as noted, the discount from MSRP and the trade value will impact the payment.

Looking at the sheet I don't see the $3,500 out of pocket included on the breakdown above. I'm only looking to pay the taxes and fees upfront but those figure also weren't listed on the sheet. I'm currently at $515 a month with my current MDX and would like to be max at $625. Otherwise I really don't have an issue extending my lease for another 3 months and just waiting this out.

UPDATE: I went back to the dealership today to let them know I would wait and received what I believed was a pretty solid offer. Unfortunately it was all verbal so I didn’t see any paperwork but they came down to $569 per month for a 2024 Acura MDX ASPEC with $3500 out of pocket for 48m/10k. While I can’t share the exact details of the deal since I didn’t see it I hope this helps you all with negotiating. I decided to hold off for now. Good luck!
