    36/10k

    $48,015 Residual

    That indicates a 53% residual so I'm a bit confused.

    Actually, both your and bmwusa.com numbers are correct! It just that this month the lease programs are different for different zip codes. For my NJ zip code (07010) bmwusa.com shows $749 a month lease deal, i. e. 0.00069 MF and 53% residual for 36/10K. However, for 90405 zip code (CA), it shows $699 a month, i. e. 0.0005 MF and 54% residual for 36/10K.

    Can you check what you have for xDrive50, 07010 zip, 36/10K?
