  • Hi,

Can anybody provide residual and MF for 2014 Camry SE 6cyl 12K lease? Are there any current incentives/rebates for lease?

    Thanks.
  • Recent lease for 36/36000 was +/-59% residual and .0001 MF (.24% interest) with $1800 cash rebate after dealer discounts (Tier 1+).

I am looking for the current lease info for a 2014 Camry SE on both a 24 and 36 month lease with 10,000 - 12,000 miles per year. Could You give me the residuals and the MF for those? Thanks.

  • graceo1graceo1 Posts: 9

I was also wanting to know how much lease cash was available and if there is a Toyota loyalty rebate available as well? Thanks again.

Can anyone give me a rough idea of what I can expect to pay on a lease for the Camry LE if the MSRP is $23,680 and I will only need 12,000 miles/year? I don't plan on putting any money down for the car except for paying tax/title/license upfront and I am in NJ if that helps. Thanks!

Selling price and lease term are necessary to calculate a payment.

    Kris,

What you want to do is get the residual and MF for your area, and then plug those numbers into a simple lease calculator.

I used to use the one at Auto Lease Advisers dot com, and now just use variations of this:

    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AqQ7UqzGm5fRdFdzTjluZUptaV9lbmlNY2p1WXJUcEE&usp=sharing

The residual and MF (while crucial to calculating your monthly payment) are set in stone by Toyota Financial, so there is nothing to negotiate there.

The largest negotiable factor is the selling price (plus doc fee)...if you don't want to play the traditional negotiating game, use either Truecar or Edmunds Price Promise.

PS: Keep in mind there is a 2014 Camry and a 2014.5 Camry. Compare apples-to-apples when you get sales pricing as well as MF/residual info.

For Southern California what is the current MF and residual for a 36 month 36,000 mile lease on a 2014 Toyota Camry Hybrid XLE? Thanks ahead of time for any assistance.

  • kyfdxkyfdx Posts: 30,594

I only have 24 month numbers on that model... .00001 MF and 70% residual.

I'm sorry, but our Toyota information is limited.

Thank you, Toyota website mentions $1,500 Lease Bonus Cash for 2014.5 Camry Hybrid. If so, this should be available for cap reduction and the MF and residual listed would still apply?

Just a follow-up for anyone in Indiana on my experience. I tried several dealerships and could not get a 2014.5 Camry Hybrid XLE Leather with a 70% residual. The MF and lease cash were not an issue, just the residuals which were 64% for 24/12k.

Toyota has multiple geographic regions, each with their own set of numbers for MF and residual. It's possible we don't have those numbers for Indiana. Sorry.

I would like to know the MF and residual (South Carolina--Southeast Region) for: 1) Camry SE (2014.5) and 2) Camry XLE (2014.5). This would be for a 24/12k lease.

Thanks! This is the deal that was given today for a SE model with Navigation for a 3 year/36l lease. Does this seem like a good deal for the SE region?

    MF= .00001 Residual= 62% Adj Cap Cost= 25033 Monthly Payment= 226.26 Money Down = 1200 (will use trade-in of old car) Optional Purchase Price= 17000

I was quoted a 62% residual for an SE model (with convenience package; navigation). This is much lower than the one given. I thought the residual was standard for each region (I am in South Carolina). Is it possible to negotiate a higher residual? This is for a 36 month/12k lease.

Residual values are not negotiable, and, you are correct in stating that Toyota offers regional incentives and money factors.

It could be that your local dealer is offering you a lease quote from a finance company other than Toyota Financial. The residuals and MF would then be different. And, we wouldn't have those numbers to validate against.
