Yday night got this deal on RX350 AWD in Maryland, let me know if I did ok?

Did you roll the taxes and fees into the payment or pay them up front?
$505/mo isn't too bad on a car that stickers at over $51K, either way.

Congrats and enjoy the new Lexus!
Yes, all taxes and fee rolled in. Zero down payment.
I was told they will not charge for Permaplate (245) and phantom footprints (149) but included them in. I was in a hurry to get out and did not check yday night.
48 months with 15kmiles/year with residual value of $22343.52. All taxes and fees are rolled into the lease. Monthly payment: $454.53. Zero down payment with first month free payment of $453.53.
Is this a good deal?
I plan to buy out the lease 3 months into the lease because I want to keep the car and do not like to pay the rent charge which is about $4740. Do you see anything hidden that may catch me when I do buy-out?

Why didn't you buy it initially? You wouldn't have paid the acquisition fee that way.
Not sure that you'll be ahead buying it out after three months, but let us know how it turns out.
The reason I went for the lease is to get the $2000 lease cash back. If I bought it initially, I would not be able to get it. I figured that I would still come out better even with the $700 acquisition fee. Am I missing something? Are there any other hidden cost other than the lease balance?

Not sure if you'll be charged the disposition fee if you buy the lease out.
And, wouldn't the low APR make up the difference in the lease cash?

Can someone provide the MF and RV for a RX350, base model for 36/10K in Los Angeles
60% and .00060. $2000 lease cash and complimentary first payment.
These numbers and incentives expire today, 1/4/16.
Couple of questions
1) Does MSRP include delivery/processing/handling fee that is shown on the sticker? 2) Is it common to charge $300 dealer doc fee even for lease vehicles, where they are applying $700 for acquisition fee?

1. MSRP is the bottom line number on the window sticker - base price + options + destination 2. Yes, the dealer doc fee is common, in addition to the acquisition fee. Be thankful you don't live in Florida, where the doc fee runs as much as $800.
I was wondering if I could get the money factor and residual for January for 10,000, 12,000 & 15,000 miles for a 2015 RX 350? Also, are they still offering $2,000 lease cash & complimentary 1st months payment? There aren't many 2015's left so I'm hoping I can find one I like and get a good deal. Thanks!

Just got home with my new 2015 RX350 FWD Obsidian.
MSRP: $51,000
Included:
- Comfort Package
- Towing Prep Package
- Navigation Package
- Premium Package w/Blind Spot Monitor System
- Preferred Accessory Package
- 19" Alloy Wheel upgrade
Agreed Price: $44,913
33 month lease @ $400 / month (taxes included in the price) with dealer paying 1st month. Zero dollars due at signing.
Purchase option at end of lease: $32,003
Not a bad deal for a great car! Last one available anywhere in South Florida!
is it $400/month for 33 months? Then total paid is 12,800 for 32 months.
Plus 32,003 makes it total of $44,803, which is less than agreed price (not considering interest for 33 months).
