Adjusted cap cost: $28,882
Registering in NY: 8.38% sales tax
Lease Payment: $334 per month,15,000 miles per year /36 months with taxes, all fees in the payment, coming up with only the first payment, dealer doc fee ($75) and DMV fees.

What is the adjusted cap cost, if you are rolling everything into the selling price?

.00060 and 58% for 36/15, assuming AWD.

Adjusted cap is the selling price plus any taxes and fees you aren't paying up front.

Can you let me know what you think of this deal. I received a quote through Edmunds and went to the dealership who offered the same price (I would hope we I go to pull the trigger they can lower even though they said that's as low as they can go). ]

Which state is this? Honda has two different money factors this month, and it's dependent on state.

About $10/mo. off.
Ask for the adjusted CAP cost. I used $26,345. If it's different from that, ask why.
Their numbers include about $350 that seems unaccounted for.

Thanks @kyfdx . I spoke to them and they included the $350 fee when you turn the car in into the month payments which is wrong so it's $277/month. Thanks for finding that. Does the $277 look like a good price now?

That will likely be based on where the car is registered, so you can't buy it in SoCal and get the lower rate, if you live in NoCal.
