What are the November numbers for a Q50 Premium RWD w/Navi & Leather pkg on 24, 36 & 39 mo. w/ 15k? Any incentives I should consider; other than what's shown on Edmunds?

.00041 and 58% / 54% / 54% for 24/15, 36/15 and 39/15 terms. No lease cash that I'm aware of; Edmunds has all the consumer incentives.

    AWD? 57% and .00040.

No MSD program for Infiniti - the base MF is incredibly low to begin with.

Let me know if I got a good deal. I closed earlier this week, the residual looks higher than I thought it would be, I didn't check that well enough:

2014 Q50 Premium Nav, w/ tons lots of options 15k/39m
    MSRP: $45,195
    Selling Cost: $38,325
    Down Payment: $2,000
    Loyalty Rebate: $2,500
    Adjusted Cap Cost: $35,645
    Residual: $24,405
Total Monthly Payment: $340 (including tax)

Let me know what you think.

    .00041 MF and 54% residual for 39mo, 15K/yr

The $2500 loyalty rebate is huge. Your numbers look pretty close, but hard to pin down exactly, because I don't know how much of your $2000 is CAP cost reduction (assuming that's the total amount upfront).

No matter what, it's a great lease deal. My Infiniti dealer sent me an email about the $2500 loyalty and a stupid low payment on a new Q50 AWD. It almost made me wish I was in the market..

    Hi guys,

I'm just about to start negotiating for a Q50 but had a quick question. I'm currently leasing a Lexus IS which is due to expire in a month. Do you know if Infiniti has any competitive cash they can add similar to the loyalty incentive?

    24/12K

    .00023 MF

    24 month residuals are 63%/62%
    36 month residuals are 58%/57%
    39 month residuals are 57%/56%

Looking at Infiniti Q50 Premium AWD, with Nav and a few other add-ons. MSRP $45,380. I'm eligible for $2,500 dealer cash and $2,500 loyalty cash. For a 39 month lease, with no money down except for 1st months payment (all fees, DMV and taxes (7%) rolled into the lease), assuming 18k miles per year, what should the monthly payment be?
    Thanks

We'd need to know the actual selling price to model a payment.

MF for 2014 Q50 Premium AWD is .00009, 39/15 residual is 53%. Extra miles are deducted from the residual at a rate of $.10-25 per mile, so a total of $975-2437 is subtracted from the calculated residual of $24,051.

The MSRP is $45,380. The actual selling price is $38,045 after dealer discount, lease cash, and loyalty cash. Plus there's 7% tax, $382 DMV fees, $499 DOC fee, and $700 bank fee. 18k miles, 39 month lease. Is that enough info?

Thanks - are you paying the bank, DMV and doc fees up front or rolling them into the selling price? What state?

state is NJ. Paying 39 equal payments, and putting down nothing but the first months payment. All taxes, bank fee, DMV, DOC fee get rolled into selling price.

OK, thanks. With MSRP of $45,380, and a net cap of $39,626, I get a pre-tax payment of $405.08. Adding the extra miles will add between $25-62 to the payment, then add tax as well.

Assuming $.10/mile for the extra miles, that brings me up to about $460/mo. Based on my inputs, do you think I can do better?

The only way to get the lease price down is to negotiate a lower selling price. That and the MF are the only two variables in a lease, and the MF is already quite low.

That, or don't drive so many miles.

    How's this look folks...
2014 q50 Moonlight White/Graphite, Leather seats Navigation, with Illuminated kick plates
    39/15k
    M.S.R.P. is $44,425.00
    selling price is $41,425.00.
    Money factor is 0.00070,
residual is 0.54 which equals out to $25,766.50.
    Cap cost is $42,337.00.

    $511 month
$1500 down sounds  like a suck deal to me especially since I'm in a 2012 g37
Coming off a 2 year lease

    TIA

    I'm getting $492.85/mo pre-tax -- and, the residual value is $23,989.50, not $25,766,50 (54% of $44,425).

You should be able to get a better selling price .. read back a page or two in this thread to see what others are negotiating.

One more question: I see on the Edmunds site that in addition to $2,500 IFS Lease Dealer Cash, and $2,500 Loyalty Dealer Cash, there is $750 Lender Dealer Cash. Can I combine all three?

Can you please confirm if the incentives are already included in the Edmunds estimated pricing? When I plug in all the vehicle options, the MSRP comes up as $45,380, with an invoice price of $45,424, and a TMV of $40,861. Do the incentives then get deducted from there, or are they already assumed? There is $2,500 in lease cash and $2,500 in loyalty cash this month. Does that mean my true selling price should be $35,861? Thanks for the help.

I understand that the lease and loyalty cash can be combined. Not sure how Edmunds takes those into consideration in their pricing tool. The TMV, when I've used it, does subtract out known incentives, but the tool can't keep up with all the changes made by the manufacturers. My guess is the $40K TMV uses one incentive but not the other, so your target price would be around $37,5.

    Hi!

I don't have all the numbers readily available, but I believe I have enough to find out from the gurus whether or not my deal is a good one...

Model Q50 (not sure if AWD)
    MSRP $41,885
    Loyalty $2,500
Down Payment $1,000 (plus tag transfer)
    Adjusted Cap Cost $35,596
    Residual 23,455 (56%)
    MF .00041
    Tax (FL) 7%

The quoted monthly payment is $359 a month with taxes included. When I plugged these numbers in it gave me exactly that amount, so it sounds like a good deal. Is it, does the MF and everything else align?

    I would appreciate an opinion.

    Thanks!

$359/mo for a $42K car is a pretty good lease deal. Base MF being used and a substantial discount from MSRP makes for a low payment.

This looks good! What all upgrades are in this car or is it a base q50?
