I suspect that Edmunds hasn't updated the incentive information either until the new data becomes available.

Also, assuming $47,780 is your NET CAP cost, I get a payment of $482/mo.+tax using your MF and $465/mo.+tax using .00040.

I am also getting $405.62/mo with the numbers provided. Yes, the dealer is allowed to mark up the MF for extra profit.

Double check to ensure that no extra fees were slipped into the cap cost.

I did find a white 2014 AWD Q50 with Navigation & was quoted $359 plus taxes/fees over the phone @ a dealer not too far away. Lease would be 12k per yr for 36months.  They are selling for the TrueCar quote of $40.2k plus the $2.5k lease dealer cash. MSRP would be roughly 44.5k and I believe invoice is $41.5k. I know taxes/fees can still be out of line, but how do these basic figures look? Thanks for all the help!

I'll have to get into the details when I visit over the weekend. As of now I know it's $359 plus nj taxes and dealer fees. $0 Down payment. Crossing my fingers this one works out as they are in short supply around here.

Thanks again. The 2014 models matching my specs are harder to find than I expected. I did find a white 2014 AWD Q50 with Navigation & was quoted $359 plus taxes/fees over the phone @ a dealer not too far away. Lease would be 12k per yr for 36months.  They are selling for the TrueCar quote of $40.2k plus the $2.5k lease dealer cash. MSRP would be roughly 44.5k and I believe invoice is $41.5k. I know taxes/fees can still be out of line, but how do these basic figures look? Thanks for all the help!

I'll have to get into the details when I visit over the weekend. As of now I know it's $359 plus nj taxes and dealer fees. $0 Down payment. Crossing my fingers this one works out as they are in short supply around here.

No MSD when the base MF is so low to begin with. Don't know if VPP still applies to the 2014 models or not. IIRC, VPP is a small percentage below invoice, plus an admin fee added on. What lease term and miles per year are you looking for?

Would you guys try to wrap the taxes & fees into the monthly payments (and try to negotiate under $400) or pay those fees upfront?

No opinion one way or the other. On my latest lease, the only out of pocket expense I had was the first month's payment. All other fees where covered by rebate and lease cash incentives.
