Sorry... but no numbers out for the 2015 2-Series, yet..

I would guess there will be numbers, once the new program starts on 07/01/2014

36/12 RV is 60%. Add 1% for 10K.

30/12 RV is 63%. Same adjustment for 10K. No 33mo program on the 2015's.

Correct - specific options or packages do not impact the residual.

2015 BMW 228i XDrive - went with M-sport package and heated seats.
MSRP as built: $38,350
Incentives: $1,000 Un4gettable drive credit and $500 BMW allowance
$0 Money down / 36 months / 10K miles
Dealer came back at $436/mo (includes tax).
I backed into his numbers and he was offering 3% discount off the MSRP.

I countered asking for 7% off MSRP + $500 to the dealer (about $2,200 off or 5.5%), therefore lowering my payment to $415/mo? What do think of the deals - fair % off MSRP? I will keep you guys posted with what he says...I am currently leasing a 3-series, so hopefully that will help...

You need to ensure the dealer isn't marking up the MF as well.

5-7% off sticker is a good discount.

Adding the $725 acq.fee into the CAP cost, the payment is approximately $512/mo.

I thought this first quote was pretty decent considering it was with an inflated MF. I had him rework it with $900 less down and the lower (.00129 vs .00160) money factor and the payment actually went up $6. Shouldn't the payment have gone down with the lowered MF despite putting $900 less down?

Thanks, Michaell. I am new to the leasing game. Is there normally a lot of room for negotiation? Using these numbers, I am coming up with $460/mo before taxes, which is significantly lower than what I was offered. Does $460 seem like a fair lease?

Also, should the $500 holiday credit be included with or in addition to the % off MSRP? I included it in the 7% discount.

The MSRP is the same,the RV dropped 2%, and the term gained 3 months, but everything else is the same. My worksheet shows a $7 drop in payment, where is the other $33 coming from?

All the 2-series have the same numbers for November: .00130 and 60% for 39 months, 10K miles. Subtract 1% for 36 months.

One pay does not remove the rent charge but I believe it does reduce it.

So is it 60% or 63% for 10k miles in November? The 2 series 2014 thread has 63%, the mod mentioned this was for 2015's but here we see 60%. BMW's monthly number does not match the 60% but the 63%, unless it is an error.

All MF for BMW is .00130 this month

All residual values below are for 36 months, 10K miles per year.

2014 228i - 60%

2014 M235i - 59%

2015 2-series - 59% for 36 months and 60% for 39 months

Awesome thanks, like the other posters I'm asking myself where the lower monthly payment is coming from on the BMW site. Seems to me they're just posting a lower monthly as marketing tactic when it really doesn't exist that way.

The lower payment is due to customer down payment and the dealer contribution (discount from sticker).

Can anyone help with any advice about taking the Oct rates vs Nov rates? I have a quote from Oct but if the Nov numbers look better I can take that deal instead. I am also trying to consider the fact the if I go for November, I have another year of registration (about $65 in TX) and safety inspection since it's 3 years and 3 months. I'm not sure which would be best:
