Yes, negotiate your best price, then apply the incentives.

@vb1pa - the $4500 in rebates you mentioned (which i understand are applied after you negotiated down from $47k to $44k) ... do you have any idea what they are called / referred to? Are they provided by Chrysler? or Ally? or something else? just want to have something to reference when I go in on Saturday.

This is all Jeep/Chrysler financial. I have 1000 conquest, 500 Realtor credit, 500 mailer (jeep sent via mail with a code).There is also 2500 lease support this month.

$4500 over 36 months is $125/mo, so my $615/mo calculation is reduced to exactly $490/mo with the rebates.

Okay. Kinda disappointed with the Jeep dealership. They told me there was just $1k conquest and like $1k memorial day rebate. I didn't say that I was going to lease which should be another $2500 rebate (if I read the site here properly). Then they said that the Altitude was the most popular Jeep and gave me $1k off the MSRP. I mean I was almost insulted.

Does anyone have any tips to help get the purchase price down further? Should I say that I know what the invoice price is or anything similar?

Would there be a particular reason dealerships would be reluctant to use Ally as the lender when leasing? I want the $2500 Regional IDL Rebate that coincides with using an alternative lender to Chrysler, but I've had two dealers say "we don't use them".

Can they refuse me my choice of lender?

Get multiple dealers involved - the competition should help you get the price you want.

I don't think there is an obligation for any dealer to use a particular lender. Reach out to other dealers - it only takes one to make a deal.

I'd work on negotiating a lower price. That's not much of a discount.

I was able to get overland for 36/12 for 490 tax included just 1st and dmv at signing. I had 1000 conquest and 1000 realtor/jeep that not everyone qualifies. If you want, pm and I'll refer to the dealer /manager.  Very easy to do business with, all was done via email, just signed and left.   They are in queens ny.

Chrysler numbers are .00055 and 54%. The numbers you got may be from a different bank - confirm with the dealer.

Based on the info I have so far, is 49% residual and .00032MF correct for a 15 GC Altitude 4x4?
If so, based on 40,685 MSRP do I get the residual from that or from the negotiated price? My best negotiated price is 36,697 after discounts and lease cash. I assume by that, that is 40685-2500lease cash-1488 dealer discount. If I figure 49% of 40685 I have 19,935 residual. Am I doing this right?
that dealer says the following first payment with tax, tax on down, license, registration, title and fees is 2104.16 and ill have 38 remaining payments of 556(tax included) this is 39/12. I cant make the math work on this no matter how I do it. Local tax is 8.1%

Without giving me the number they work with, ive had other offers of 2k driveoff and 539(tax included)

To me, both of these seem wrong by upwards of $50 a month. But I am absolutely a lease-newb.
