Nope, I still see 1% for 39 month leases. Confirm that this is through Chrysler Financial - those are the only numbers we have.

Looking for confirmation that for a 2015 GC Limited 4x4 the MF is .00035 and the residual is 52% for July. Also that the Acquisition fee is waived. And that the $2,500 lease rebate is deducted after negotiating one's best deal. Thanks!

I don't have all the numbers, but here is what I do have.

msrp $49,185

39mo 15k miles

giving me a check for $1,800 to pay off my current lease of Ford.

All tax title license registration fees rolled in. (NJ 7%)

1st month payment of $575 due at signing.

I did see incentive of $6,000 from US bank which is what they used.

Can anyone tell me how I did?

Dealership told me they're losing $1,600+ on this deal to move volume which I had a hard time believing.

Do you know what Money Factor and Residual they gave you with US Bank?

$475/mo for a car that stickers at $46K seems good, but the devil is in the details.

end of the day, 5 other dealers wouldnt make this deal..even on units that were $1000 less MSRP. The highest dealer on the same jeep was at $510. Lowest deal I found period was @ $410 and that was on a 39k sticker. I just preferred the way this one was loaded.

MSRP - $54,280

Sale Price - $49,974

I am looking at either 24 or 36 months and either 12k or 15k miles/year

For the 24 month lease, I was quoted a .00024 MF

For the 36 month lease, I was quoted a .00070 MF

There is an Incentive for $2,500 Cap Cost Reduction from Chrysler Finacial

I am estimating the total fees to be $1,000 (haven't gotten a clear answer on that yet)

I have 2 questions...

2. Does it make sense to get into a 12k mile lease with the assumption I am going to be closer to 15k (not over), and just pay the penalty per mile, or just do the 15k miles to be safe

I confirm the .00024 and .00070 MF.

24/15 residual is 58%; add 1% for 12K

36/15 residual is 48%; add 2% for 12K

It's always better to buy the miles up front rather than pay the penalty at the end of the lease.

With those numbers I get $538/mo plus tax. 

Ask the dealer what the net cap cost is, and how they got there from the quoted selling price.

My #'s were off yesterday. Msrp was $47,985. With my supplier discount it’s dropped to $45,760. Total incentives and rebates drops it by another $7000. So cap is $38,760. With taxes included monthly payment comes to $680.

Using that MSRP and cap cost, along with the MF and residual quoted by my co-host above, I get $411/mo before tax. Something seems really off if your quote is $680.

What state is this? I know some states (MD, VA, TX and GA) tax the entire selling price, which increases your monthly payment quite a bit ... but, not over $250 worth.

Also, what is a normal amount of upfront costs like those mentioned above, I have a quote that puts all out of pocket expenses (not a cap reduction) at almost $2500.00

Your choice. On my last lease I used the lease cash to cover my up front costs leaving my only out of pocket cost the first payment.

Bank fee, dealer fee, first payment, tag and license costs.

Laredo & Altitude have the same numbers - tiers 1 & 2 are .00035 and 49%.
