Hi guys, I ended up going to another dealer for my JGC Limited with Luxury II group with MSRP: 45010 Discount offered 10990 Final Cap Cost: 34020 Ally interest rate 5.4% All fees rolled in payment 429/month for 10k/36months
IS this a good deal. I have to sign 2moro if I want to go forward. Please tell me. Thank you.

We don't have the numbers from Ally so can't confirm if the MF is marked up or not. But, the higher MF is offset by the large incentives, which is why you are able to get almost $11K off sticker.
If you're happy with the selling price (before incentives), then there is no reason not to do the deal.
Yes sir 6.25% MA tax included. I still don't know how they can offer 6750 in incentives after 4k+ off MSRP. I don't think I am leaving anything on the table. This quote was offered b4 me even mentioning a counter offer. Should I? Thnx.

Should you counter? Up to you - the worst that could happen is that they say no.
Michaell - thanks for what you do here. My wife leased a Grand Cherokee 4x4 Limited yesterday with Luxury II package. Nice vehicle and one of the colors she wanted, dark blue. I know we left some money on the table by not pushing harder (she wasn't willing to walk and risk losing it), but we went in knowing the right MF and ballpark on rebates. Thanks.

Congrats on the new GC! When you have a particular trim level or color in mind, you do lose a little leverage in the negotiations. But, when you're spending that much money, you want to get exactly what you want.
Sure. I don't have the paperwork in front of me, it's with her in the car. But we had an out the door price of $39K and change, got $4,000 rebate dollars taken off for a final cost of just over $36K. We paid for both freight/delivery ($995) and a $699 processing fee, I would have liked to work harder on those. Feels to me like paying a dealership for their operating costs. I'm very happy she got HIDs, that's one option worth paying for IMHO.
She's happy and it's her loan. But we could have done better on a car that had been on their lot for at least six months (per safety sticker on the windshield). What do you think? In about 36 months this process will probably repeat itself.
Gross cap cost $41,200, total with all taxes and fees $44,372. Rolled in all fees, paying $557 per mo., 36 months with 15K miles. Should have negotiated harder/walked away. Gotta deal with it, since wife loves the car.
Possible to get current MF and Residual on a 2015 GJ Altitude 4x4 36mo/39mo/42mo with 10k miles per year?
Have my eye on one but the dealer told me "the $2500 rebate is for purchase and has nothing to do with leasing"...
That is blatantly incorrect right???!!!
.00004 MF and 49%/47% residual for 36/39 months
.00015 MF and 45% residual for 42 months.
I don't know all of the Chrysler rebates, but there is definitely $2500 lease cash on the 2015 Grand Cherokee on leases through Chrysler Capital.
Unfortunately, I am dealing with a not so transparent salesman/dealership. They even went so far as to say that they "weren't even going to acknowledge what Edmunds or any third party has to say." But they have me because this is the last silver Altitude in the area....
The MSRP is $39890. I requested the cap cost and was told it was $30840.
The deal offered to me was $355mo/36mo/10kyr with $3k down.
Thoughts? I am simply incapable of checking any math!!!

Limiting yourself to a specific color and trim weakens your negotiating position, for sure.
My guess is that, with the large discount from sticker, that this is not a Chrysler Capital sourced lease. If that is the case, we don't have their numbers to confirm the lease calculations.
I would want to know the breakdown of the $3k due at signing before telling you if your deal is good or not.
Update -- they had the wrong MF on the contract. Was being overcharged by $1,000. They quickly did up a new contract. Makes the overall picture a little better. Be sure to look hard at the "rent charge" number on your lease contract.

I'm not sure exactly how it breaks down but I do know that NY sales tax in my area is a whopping 8.75%! And I was advised the numbers are through Ally Bank which are supposedly cheaper than Chrysler Capital even though CC is waiving the acquisition fee...
I recently posted in the 2016 JGC requesting information on lease rates in Michigan (zip 49002). Thank you for providing!!! I've been informed that the better lease figures are on a 2015 model. Could you please provide the MF and respective residuals for the following? 2015 Jeep GC 4x4 Laredo & Limited 10k/36mo & 12k/36mo. Thank you!

RWD or 4x4?
7500 mile leases are not allowed by Chrysler.
Acquisition fees for the GC are waived this month.
I don't see any information on disposition fees, but I'm pretty sure they exist.

Hello. I am new to this forum but have been reading it for 3 or 4 years. It helped me negotiate when I leased my current 2014 JGC 4x2 Limited (3y/15k) 3 years ago but I will be back in the market as of May, 17 2016 and I have a few questions I hope someone can help with. I will be leasing towards the middle of May (which is within my 90 lease-end period). 1. Does anyone know if I can you get a lease-damage-waiver on the 2015? 2. Please tell me what model the expected best residual and MF will be on in May. (I would be happy with an exact, but 2015, replacement of what I have.) 3. Will I still be able to lease a 2015 in May? Thank you in advance. Anthony

1. I don't see why not 2. Can't predict the future lease numbers 3. Don't know - at some point, Jeep will stop supporting leases of the 2015's, but nobody will get any notice, not even the dealers.

Can you please provide MF & Residual for a 2015 Jeep GC Limited 4x4, 36/10k in NJ?
I was looking to purchase originally, and have a sale price of $37,500 + t/t/l & $495 doc fee. This is based on an MSRP of $44,405. The dealership is offering 2% financing. 3 other banks I looked at gave me effective rates of 2.1%, once credits for automatic debit were applied.
1. Any comments by the forum on this sale price, for the finance option?
2. If I now go back & tell them I want to lease, should I press to have the acquisition fee discounted off the $37,500, based on what I've read on the forum about Chrysler Capital waiving it for March?
3. Lastly, is it true that the negotiated sale price on a lease will be the buyout price once the lease ends (minus principal payments). Meaning, you can't negotiate a buyout price for less than what was written on the lease agreement, when that time comes?

Yes, the current Jeep lease numbers are set to expire on 4/4/16. New numbers for April available after that.

Thanks to all that contribute here, very helpful!
1. We don't track selling prices - use the "make / model / year" pull downs at the top of the page to link to the price tools. 2. It's possible that some of the incentives included in your 'buy' price may not be available if you decide to lease. However, there are often lease specific incentives that would apply, instead. 3. The residual value on a lease is not negotiable at the end of the lease.
@mdubdroid2 The lease variables and calculations are correct.
But, I only see upfront charges of $345 + $102 + $437 = $884. Leaving CAP reduction of $2852? Seem like $264 is missing of the $4000? (tax on the cap cost reduction, I guess?).
If your tax rate is around 9%, then the numbers are all good.

Discount offered 10990
Final Cap Cost: 34020

Also, is there a time when the dealers will no longer lease 2015 models due to their age? There are still alot of choices on the lots.
