New here and looking for help with lease of 2016 grand Cherokee limited 4x2 in FL. Dealer quoted me $489 on a 36/12k lease putting 2900 down. Sticker price is 43,185. I think the MF is .00022 but have no idea what RV is. The payment seems too high and I'm trying to figure out what it should be. Any help is greatly appreciated

For my knowledge and experience. I have been leasing cars for 10 years now. I just leased the JGC Limited 4x4 diesel I mentioned in a previous post above. My Cayenne lease just ended. Surprisingly and suspiciously, I walked out of the dealership with the vehicle and no payments @ 527mo taxin. I have never walked out of the dealership without a payment. The inception fees and 1st mo payment were all paid by the rebate? Does this happen with Jeeps? Should I be worried? Thanks.

I'm not aware of any incentive where the first payment is covered by the bank or the dealer; wouldn't hurt to confirm with the dealer about this.

I was very surprised when I left with the vehicle without any payments. Is the dealer playing games or what should I be expecting? Does this never happen? I have never experienced it and feel a bit confused. The finance manager has not gotten back to me yet. Thanks.

Third party lease companies often have attractive terms up front, but lease end charges for damage may bite you. I'm not a fan of them.

I'm having a difficult time locating a 2015 that fits my criteria (in silver). Is there a thread for the 2016s?
I am looking for the differences between the 2016 (36/15) 2x4 Limited and Overland with ventilated seats and NAV. In the Limited these are a package, but included in the Overland. The dealer I spoke with said that the Overland will be less expensive due to the higher residual. They also said that the 2016 will be about the same monthly due to the lower residual on the 2015. I am in Florida.
Thoughts on all of this? I'm trying to learn all I can in the next few weeks.
