    There are new information
    • For 2015 Sienna XLE FWD,Model #5348
    • MSRP:$35,100
    • San Francisco Area
    • 12k / year, 36 months
    • Tier 1
    • Did anyone know if SFtoyota use TFS?
    • What is the Money Factor and residual value?
    • What is the Going Cap cost for Sienna XLE FWD,Model #5348?
    • What is monthly payment will be ? with the MF and RV?
    • Is toyota XLE FWD Model #5348 or Honda odyssey have better lease deal with equivalent Model feature w/leather seat?
    • If I'm offer price of $32000, What other fees will be going to cap cost assume I do not plan to put any down?

    The answers we gave on the Highlander forum were still specific to the Sienna.

    The dealer can use TFS but they don't have to

    60% residual and .00001 MF

    Cap cost is negotiated for each deal - use the "make / model / year" pull downs at the top of the page to help establish a target price

    We cannot model a monthly payment without knowing the MSRP and the net cap cost

    I cannot tell you if the Sienna or the Odyssey leases better; I can tell you that Toyota leases are much more difficult to understand than Honda leases

    Acquisition fee (or bank fee), dealer fee, $80 for documentation in CA, tags and license fees for DMV

    MSRP: $32,610
    Purchase Price: $29,633
    Taxes: $1,103 (NYS 8%)
    Acquisition: $650
    Residual: $18,798
    Fees: $150
    Toyota rebate: $200

    36 month lease, 12k miles, $350 disposition, $345 OTD price, $345 per month

    I am looking at a 2015 Sienna Limited Premium AWD. Dealer says for Mach 2015 it is .00001 MF and $200 rebate. Does someone have the residual for Massachusetts for this model?

    Does April typically have better or worse sales? Trying to decide if I should pull the trigger with the March deal or wait until April. Opinions appreciated.

    Looking at 2015 Limited Premium AWD Sienna. Every website I see says that it should have second row captains chairs with extendable footrests. The dealer I'm working with got me one, but says the footrests are discontinued for the 2015 model. I can't find any hint of that online anywhere and the Toyota consumer line says they're still listed as a standard feature.  Does anyone know or have one with this feature?

    Not true. Just test drove the limited with two captain chairs in 2ndrow

    The MF I can believe, but the residuals seem crazy high compared to the numbers I have. However, Toyota in the Southeast has always marched to the beat of a different drummer. At this point, the only way to improve on the payment is to lower the cap cost, as you've noted.

    Don't have numbers specific to SoCal, but most areas of the country show:

    .00001 MF and 57% residual

    • 24 and 36 months
    • 12k/yr
    Also, to the above statement re: XLE Premium - are those numbers confirmed for SoCal? It's the other trim I'm looking into.

    With Toyota, we're never 100% certain. They don't residualize their options, so the number we give are for the "base" MSRP. And, the MF's are highly regional, so we try to provide the best information we can cobble together.

    Why are you looking for an AWD Sienna in FLA anyway?

    I received the following deal on a new 2015 Sienna Limited - is it any good?

    MSRP $46,335
    Negotiated Price $43,399
    Residual Value $27,583
    36 month lease with 12,000 miles and 0 down = $597.06

    They claim this is at .00001 money factor.

    What do you think?

    With that MSRP, negotiated price and residual, $440/mo.+tax, using .00001 MF

    That doesn't include any other costs, and you don't include the amount due at signing, so that's all the info we can give.
