Looking at a 2015 sv w tech and conv. msrp is 28620. Best price I obtained so far is 22990 plus 595 bank fee giving me cap cost of 23585. Running provided numbers this puts me around 255/MO on a 36 15k lease. Anyone getting better in nj area

Out of pocket at lease signing:
739.31 includes the following:

Sticker Price $24,740
Capitalized Cost $21,746
Acquistion Fee $595
Doc Fee $199

$650 down with 35 payments remaining

$235 a month including 7% state sales tax.
This includes a $1,550 lease incentive so I don't feel like it is much of a discount though it is slightly lower than invoice.
Should I try and negotiate anymore or is this a good deal?

It's a 12,000 miles per year 36 month lease.

.00003 and 55%. I get a pre-tax payment of $227.14 with your numbers. If your payment of $235 includes tax then the deal looks pretty strong.

Okay thank you. Do the leases ever tend to go lower? With my negative equity in my trade, it's a little tight on my monthly payment and wondering if waiting for summer or for the 2016's to come out would net me better luck.

Well, it's hard to go much lower than .00003 on the MF - that equates to an APR of .07%. And, as the year goes on, the residual tends to go down, which hurts your lease payment.

If you can wait for the 2016's, they might have a slightly higher residual - but, they may also have a higher MF to compensate.

If you are looking for a killer lease, you might consider the Toyota Prius. MF is .00001 and with the price of fuel so low, they aren't terribly popular, meaning large discounts from sticker are possible.

I had a really bad experience with Toyota so was trying to avoid them as i won't do business with the only dealer close to me. Maybe I can find one close with a kille rdeal thanks.

I'm at a dilemma, I live in northern NJ and I'm currently leasing a 2013 Honda Civic that I got when I started college and had no real income and the lease is going to be up in 02/2016. The lease is for 36 months at 12k/year but I already have a little over 35,000 miles on the car with about 9 months left on the lease. I will be graduating soon and I also have more income now and was looking into getting an Altima lease as I see Nissan has some good offers but my question is should I wait until my lease is up or should I try to get into a new Altima lease now with an early turn in? What would be the cheapest option for me? Thanks!

What do I tell a Nissan dealer who won't give me lease numbers without first pulling my credit report? I am in Boise, Idaho. I am interested in the Nissan Versa Note. I already know my credit score is over 800. This is absurd. Why should I have my credit report pulled if I am not sure I want to buy the car til I see the numbers of the lease. I am quite capable of doing my own lease calculations, but again they won't work with me. The salesman said doing the lease numbers is their job, not mine (or something to that effect). Perhaps I can get the numbers from you????

Find a different dealer; this one doesn't seem to be very forthcoming ...

Hi I am interested in the Nissan Versa Note hatchback for 36 months and mileage of 10K, or the lowest available. The dealer, Dennis Dillon of Boise, Idaho, has since changed it's mind, so to speak, and given lease numbers for me to examine. (money factor .0003 and residual .54%, plus the sale price of the car). To refresh your memory I was told yesterday that this (coming up with a lease payment) was the job of the people in the office, and if I wanted to see the numbers or get a lease quote I would have to submit to a credit pull.

MF is indeed .00003 (4 zeros), and the 36/10 residual is 55% for all but the SL, which is 56%.

If you can provide us with the sticker price and the negotiated price, we can model a payment for you.

This is pertaining to my last inquiry where I asked for the MF and residual for the Altima S in Idaho. (.00003 and .55% is what you reported to me). You told me to get you the MSRP so you could look at the deal. Here are the numbers the leasing manager gave me via email. I asked him what was included in the cash down, and he said "first month's payment, and tax".

MSRP $23,595

Sale Price $20,095

Minus $1,500 Lease cash combined with $500 Holiday Bonus Cash

With $334.73 cash down, at 36 months you are $189.37 plus tax for a 12,000 mile a year lease. O.A.C.

Residual dropped to 54% in July. 

I get 150/mo with those numbers. Ask them what the net cap cost is - there might be some fees added in there.

$23,595 msrp,

$20,095 sale price

$21,288 net cap

-$2000 in additional rebates

$19,288 adjusted net cap

.53% residual

.00003 money factor.

12K 36 mos

$189 month with $335 down.

There is $1193 in fees that aren't being accounted for ($21,288 net cap - $20,095 sale price=$1193).

I would assume $600 for lease acquisition, and $300 dealer doc... but that still leases about $300 unaccounted for.
