2015 Nissan Altima Lease Questions

I've been seeing a lot of deals for a 24 month lease but I'm not sure how good they are.  they usually have low amounts due at signing. can you please give me residuals and MF for 24 months, 12000 and 15000 miles. Thank you

.00003 and 53% for 24/15. Add 1% for 12K.

If you're looking for a killer deal on a mid-size sedan, check out the Malibu Limited. 60% residual for 24/15 and over $4000 of lease cash.

Thanks!  Aside from the usual $500 or so lease cash on the Altima do you know of any other lease cash/incentives?

And I will be checking out the Malibu as well!

.00003 MF and 49% residual for all 2015 Altimas.

Hard to say.. it would depend a lot on incentives and selling price.

No one knows until it happens.

Negotiated buyouts used to be common, but seem to have disappeared in recent years. I certainly wouldn't count on it.

it's typically negotiaded upwards if there's beyond normal wear and tear or miles above what you signed up for.
the dealer will however negotiate downward if you're willing to lease or buy a new vehicle. Pretty easy to tell if you're buyout is a good or bad deal.

Price(Doc included): 31500
Discount: 9969

Tax: 1507
Reg Fees: 300

12k miles/36 months

Down payment: 1000

what should be the residual and the monthly lease value.

Also is the residual value calculated on the discounted price or the MRP

There are no lease program numbers for the 2015 Altima.
