I don't see an S Sport. The only Sport trims are I, not S.

I Sport automatic: .00001 MF and 60%/59% residual. $800 lease cash
S Touring automatic: .00001 MF and 56%/55% residual

The above numbers are based on a dealer's offer of $25,701-$750(loyalty)-$350(lease cash)-$800(trade-in)=S23,801(net)

Since you have an $80 doc fee, I'll assume you are in California?

All of those fees are typical. Nothing extra that I see.

We can make a lot of guesses.... but, you need exact numbers.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted CAP cost, and see how it differs from your calculations, then ask why.
Also.. are you paying $850 upfront + the first payment? Or, just $850?
Is the dealer deducting the $1275 lease cash, or are you assuming that?

Small details add up.

Mazda does not offer an MSD program, but with the MF at .00001, you don't really need one. That's the lowest MF you can get on a lease.
