I believe the $3K lease cash is also available for a 48 month term (correct me if I'm wrong); can you please provide the MF and RV for New York residents?
Looking for lowest miles available for 48 month to qualify for that lease cash. Basically, want lowest payments possible without paying down anything.
Do you recommend paying the taxes up front or take the hit on financing (roll it in to the monthly payment) that amount too? What are the non taxable fees i should pay upfront?

The $3000 lease cash is available for the SXL trim on 48 month leases.
Which engine and drivetrain (FWD or AWD) are you looking for.
10K is the lowest amount of miles Kia will write leases for.
If you want to keep your payments low, pay the taxes up front, along with the other fees (acquisition fee, dealer fee, DMV costs).

Thanks for providing this. So I'm looking at the Limited with Tech 4cyl (43k). Which of these deals winds up being better? Also when I'm looking at inventory on a dealer site, and they have a "sale price", is it fair to assume the lease cash will come back on top of that? So if they say they are selling the 43k car for 40k, my net cost is 37k, right?

I wouldn't assume anything about their quotes. You'll have to ask them.
It appears that most of the programs are designed to come up with the same payment, all else being equal. A higher priced model will cost more, of course.
Was quoted this lease deal from dealership in South Carolina... something is not right as their lease is coming up over $150 more than what I calculate using the leasematic app on iphone... Can someone please help in figuring out what the discrepancy is?
2016 SXL (AWD with remote start, hitch)
2 yr lease, 18k miles
MSRP - $48,534 Rebate - $5,500 Fees - $509 (total incl taxes, closing fees/etc) Trade in Val - $23,693 Trade in Owe - 29083 Down Payment - $7,387 (we told dealer we'd pay all negative equity + taxes, title, fees as we only want to finance the cost of the new car)
Dealer told us these were the numbers for Residual and MF although these numbers were NOT on the paperwork as the software they use does not display it...
Residual - 61% - 2% for 18k miles = 59% MF - 0.00104
Total Monthly they calculated - $742
Leasematic app calculated - $589
Can someone help with understanding whether the Leasematic app is off or are their numbers off?
The software they use seems to be the same software that most dealers use in my area and I've found that most dealers' quotes in my area are also off by a significant margin. Anyway, the deal seemed suspect to me and the people helping at the dealership today could not account for the delta, saying that they'd have the GM call me this week. The finance guy also told me today that in order to get to a similar price point that I calculated that they'd be losing $3000.
Can someone also help me with understanding how dealers typically quote? I've found these estimate quotes to be pretty far off most the time from what I calculate from the leasematic app... anyway, I was just hoping to understand if their numbers are right or if my numbers are right.

You need both the MSRP and the selling price to calculate a lease. If you are missing one of those, no app can give you a proper calculation.
Hi. Am looking at leasing an SXL V6 AWD with tech sign and drive. There is currently $1500 customer cash and $2000 lease cash for 36 mo. I am in NY and there is also $500 auto show cash. Can all this lease cash/rebate money be combined in one deal?

I doubt the customer cash and lease cash can be combined - my guess is the customer cash is for purchases.
However, the auto show incentive should combine with either - total $2000 for purchase or $2500 for lease.
Hello, you answered me some weeks ago but lost the post.
Have eye on 2016 Sorento SXL FWD with tech package and wheel locks. MSRP $47,240 On web they say "Internet" price is $42,591 and "Dealership Price I won't name dealer but in SW Florida" $41091. Then they actually have a button to click for "E price" haven't clicked that yet.
Just to be knowledgeable when I go in tomorrow to start negotiation, can you share acquisition fee, MF, residuals for 36/10k miles or 36/12k miles. I've always been low on mileage so if I could get a better deal with 10k miles I'd go for it. They want to charge $495 dealer "fees" -- I always try to get that down because when I buy in Illinois the fees are regulated by law and are closer to $200.
Does top tier credit qualify me for better MF?
Can I buy down the MF with security deposits and if so, how many deposits can be placed?
And what is most lease cash you can get for this vehicle?
I'm guessing those numbers above are for SALES and probably have more dealer cash deducted than might be available for leases--what do you think? Thank you

2.0: .00018 MF and 53% residual 3.3: .00034 MF and 54% residual $3000 lease cash. Add 1% for 10K/yr.
Those are the rates for top tier credit. Kia does not have an MSD program.
There is a very good chance that those prices are only for purchases, but the lease cash is substantial.
Thank you so much for the quick reply. It's a 3.3 V6, sorry, I didn't specify that.
Also, I see I didn't request the MF and residual figures for 24 months if they'll lease this SXL for only 2 years.
Also, have you advised re pros and cons of 24 vs 36 months previously on your site (or should I just search the posts for that topic?)
Again, many thanks.
.00053 MF and 59% residual for 24/12. $5500 lease cash.
24 months is great, if you can get the same payment with ZERO down, but that doesn't happen very often. On the negative side, if you get a great deal, it only lasts for 24 months, and you'll be back in the market sooner, at a higher price.
