We haven't seen any 2015 ES350 lease information for this month.. Only 2014 models.

Going from 15K/yr to 10K/yr is +3%.

27mo, 15K/yr = 67%

The terms are pretty comparable on all lengths.. Shorter term might be a little more attractive, if you are getting a big discount on the sale price. Otherwise, 36 months will be the best.

I just received a quote here in Austin, TX for the following:

MSRP: $41330
Dealer Discount: 1193.89
Rebate: $1575
They also took off $575 for advanced payment, upfront charges of $256 and total cap reduction of $744.
They are also paying off our current Mercedes for $3k

MF is .00105 (I see people talking about .00075 so need to know if this has changed for Dec?)
Residual is $24,384.70 which is 59%.

36 months at 15k miles.

Payment is $575

Less than 3% off MSRP isn't much of a discount. But, once you add the $3000 negative equity back into the deal, the payment is probably about right..

Nothing outstanding about the current lease program. Are you getting out of your Mercedes lease early, or is that negative equity on a loan?

We are getting out of the Mercedes lease early. I am sure you would advise us to keep the Mercedes for the next 5 months and then pull the trigger on the Lexus?

Yep. I wouldn't think the numbers are going to change so much over the next few months that the lease will cost you an extra $3K as compared to now.

I am getting offer for 2015 ES 350 (Luxury Package, Navi, BSD, Parking Sensor, HID, auto Trunk opening, power rear shadow and raining sessions wiper) with 15000 miles, 36 Months, $1500 down including first month lease for $487.00.  Is this good deal?

Need advice ASAP.

I'm getting $464.10/mo pre-tax, using the base MF of .00105 and 59% for 36/15 residual.

The Lexus residuals are good until 3/31/15; the MF through today (2/2/15). We won't have the February MF until later this week.

36/10 residual is still 62%.

.00090 is the base MF and the $1000 lease cash is still available. I don't see any information about the first payment being waived.

I am looking to help a friend lease a Lexus GS. Neither of us has done a lease before (quite a bit of buying but never leasing) and the Edmunds forums have been helpful in the past. If she wants a GS 350, Luxury with 12k a year. What is she looking at? She really doesn't want to put much down and as with all leases, she wants to keep the payment low. She is in California if that helps.
Does anyone know the credit score requirements? She is nervous about a small glitch on her credit from several years ago.

36/12 numbers for the GS350 are 64% and .00090. 720+ to qualify for the top tier MF that I've quoted.

The lease cash can be applied to the selling price like a rebate or it can be used to help offset some of the up front costs of a lease.

Tier 1+ credit ... FICO score of 720 or higher. If you have a lower score, the MF goes up.

1) It seems I can put down as many as 10 security deposits to reduce the MF. If each deposit reduces MF by 0.00007, after 10 deposits it would be just 0.00020? Is that even possible?

2) I sometimes see people use a one-payment lease to lower their MF. How is the MF calculated in this case?

1. Yes, that's possible, though I'm not 100% certain what the max number of MSDs are and how much each reduces the MF by
2. MF is discounted in a one-pay situation; the lease payment is calculated as per normal, then the sum of the lease payments becomes the one-pay amount.
