    Does anyone know the RV / MF for a 2016 F-Sport AWD? 36/12 & 36/15?

.00070 MF and $750 lease cash.... but, no residuals, yet.
Thank you. In the Chicagoland area I have 2 dealers saying the RV on a 36/16 is 54%. Does not seem right compared to the 2015 models, does it?
There is rarely any logic applied when residual values are determined. New models could easily have a lower residual value than the previous model year, if only to make the older cars more attractive to lease.

Awesome deal. Was there anything that you put Out of Pocket? Or was it a sign and drive on $448/mo and $3600 MSD?

And do you mind sharing the sales price?

Admin: I'm being told by dealer the rebate ($4500 and 1st month payment) is applicable for sales tax. Is this true? I'm in NJ and this is the first I'm hearing of it.

There was nothing out of pocket except for the $3600 MSD. Also there are only 35 payments at 448 as the 1st payment is made by lexus. The net cap cost was around 48250.

Wow that was an incredible deal. Based on calculations, the dealership swallowed all the inception fees (approx $1775). I wish I could score a similar deal man lol

Nice deal.  Would you mind sharing the dealer?  I'm considering the GS, and the deals right now do blow everything else away.

Thanks to the info on this forum, just signed a lease for a 2015 GS350 with an MSRP of 53,290 for 440.00 incl. tax for 36/12k. No MSD and zero out of pocket (Los Angeles CA).
The 2015 Lexus GS 350 can be had at really attractive conditions and is a steal right now, but heard they are going fast.

Would I be able to get a car from NY with MSD, but register in NJ? (I live in NJ). There's a dealer giving crazy discounts in NY, but I want to apply MSD to it also.

The base MF for the 2015 GS350 varies from .00053 - .00070, depending on regional location.

I think Lexus MSD discount is .00008 with up to 9 allowed.

We don't yet have any 2016 GS lease numbers.

And, for the record, the GS is rear wheel drive. The ES is FWD.

Just purchased new 2015 GS 350 F sport for a little over 46K (msrp 56.6K). Financing a portion through lexus. I know this is a leasing thread but posting in the hopes that it might help someone with net cap cost. Thanks to the other posters and moderator for helping me make an informed offer.

Socal, first time leaser be gentle. Looking to lease before the event is over. Need advice obviously why I'm on here lol.

Just started a new job that's only 4 miles away from my house so low miles, 7.5k is in mind. Was wondering what's the RV & MF for 33/36/39months.

Looking at GS350 F sport MSRP ~ 57k, There's plenty around my area... and it looks like a few on here and other forums are getting 10-12k off MSRP including the 4500 rebate. Am I heading in the right direction here. Any guidance is much appreciated.

MF ranges from .00053 to .00065.

    Residuals are 61% / 59% / 57% for 33 / 36 / 39 and 7,500 miles.

Pricing seems about right, based on what I've read the past few weeks.

Hey folks, first of all this is a great place to research before you lease the car and thanks alot for your prompt responses.

I just have a quick question. Now that 2015 is gone and DTR event is over as wellI what happens to the remaining inventory on dealerships? I still see a few GSFs at chicagoland dealerships, do we still get the same rebate/ incentives till they are completely sold out? Or the cars go back to Lexus?

Thanks for the info. Picked up a GS350 AWD in Boston area. Lease.
    MSRP: $51,775
    Sell Price: $41,062 ($6213 off & $4500 lease rebate)
    12k miles, 36 months residual: 57%
MF: 0.00049 (reduced to 0.00001 with 6 MSD)
Fees: ~$1,400 (includes $500 doc fee + $700 acq fee)

Monthly pay $382 (includes 6.25% Mass Tax) for 35 months (1st month free)

The monthly payment would've been $420 without the MSD.. it was a no brainer to put up $2,400 in MSD and "save" ~$1,400 in pay in 3 years.

Unfortunately, I found out I don't have heated seats in the car. :disappointed:

Cars never "go back" to the manufacturer. There is still a lease program on this model.

At some point, a final cash incentive is paid to the dealer, and it's up to them to get the car sold.

$2700 of negative equity is adding $75/mo to your payment.

    I don't think nitrogen is worth $500 - $14/mo.

Not a great deal, compared to what others have been posting the past month or so.

Michaell thank you for your reply. This was a deal that the general manager swears by. Besides the nitrogen charge what else can I do to negotiate better terms?

You're getting over $11K off sticker, so that's good. I don't track selling prices, but if you read back through the last page or two of this discussion, you can see what others have been able to negotiate and compare to.

Can you wait longer and avoid the negative equity?

MSRP $56720 Sell Price: $45,112 (Rebate $5108 + $6500 discount) Price with fees (Nitro Fill $499) Total Purchase $45611 Trade allowance $42000 Trade Difference $3611 Doc Fee $649 Tax $160.17 non tax $124 Net Price $4544.17 Trade Payoff $45769.93 Balance $50,314.10 $0 DOWN $640 Month for 36/12k or $1000 down $609 per month 36/12k or $592 36/10k Not sure if this is a good deal at all or not with the negative equity, help!
I probably could but the sport seats in my current rc are a nightmare! And the manager has my paperwork back dated to the 4th which was the last day of the December to remember. I have looked back at some of the other decent deals on the last few pages and they appear to be great compared to mine. Only other thing I know to do is go there and raise hell and show them the deals off this website from other members. But like you said the $75 a month extra is coming from the negative equity so I can understand the role that plays in this too.

Cars never "go back" to the manufacturer. There is still a lease program on this model.

At some point, a final cash incentive is paid to the dealer, and it's up to them to get the car sold.
What is the MF/RV for this month on an F sport AWD and non-f-Sport AWD for 12k/36 mo? Is the $4500 rebate still available?

Yes, the numbers are about the same in January as they were in December; MF is slightly better (.00055 vs. .00060)

Oh my, January still has good deals I can see.
During the December to Remember event, I got a GS 350 RWD with $12K off and 0.00070 MF.
So if you can get it less than that, more power to you!

Yes, the dealer will actually buy them out and punch them (starts warranty inservice date).
You can get a great deal on these punched cars as the dealer would have to either sell them or make them a rental / service loaner....

Not true .. the information I have still shows a complimentary first month payment on the 2015 GS350, in addition to the $4500 lease cash.

I thought this discount ended after Jan 4. Is it back? Does this discount also apply if someone wants to purchase, not lease?

    Yes ... and yes.

But only for the 2015 GS350. No other Lexus models have the complimentary first payment this month.

Hello - went into my local Lexus dealership today in KS and looked at leasing a gs350 awd f sport for 10/36. The residual for the car made sense but the money factor was at .0024 and really jumped the payments up. They never ran my credit so I don't know why they were unwilling to budge on the money factor. What is the expected money factor currently and is the dealer able to increase/decrease this?

For top tier, the money factor on the 2015 model is .00055.

They mark up the money factor to make more money.

I should be top tier with my credit. I guess they didn't want to sell me a car. Thanks for the response!
