It's mostly dependent on the selling price that you negotiate.
Hi all, Can i get a MF and RV on 10k miles/36 months on a 2015 GS 350 F Sport (RWD)? Any updates on rebates, lease cash etc? Houston, TX here.
So far a dealer is offering $2,700.00 rebate towards down payment, Sell price of $51,000 ($56,295 MSRP), no acquisition fee ($700), no dealer fees ($800). He says he's using 61% rv/.0012 MF, Title/License is $400 and coming to $624/month.....and all i need to bring is my 1st month's payment of $624 to drive home.

Sound like a good deal? taxes in texas are 6.25%.
Thanks in advanced to everyone that can help !
61% and .00075 MF. Dealer is marking up the MF for more profit. $2700 lease cash.
In Texas, lease tax is applied against the entire selling price, so that hurts your lease payment.
Need to know the net cap cost (after taxes and fees are applied) to fully evaluate the deal.
ok thanks, Net Cap Cost is 51,000 (agreed price) + 3900 (overall TTL) = $54,900.00 thats really all i can think of. I guess i'm ok with using that for now to get at least an idea if it's a good deal or not.

I get $638/mo with those numbers, so the $624 quote from the dealer is in the ballpark.
Just curious, how would u bring up the MF difference to a dealership when negotiating? Like do you just say that You know it should be .00075,not .0012, and you want that....is it Acura that sets this rate? Or it also depends on your credit score to determine the chances of getting the lowest rate?

You politely but firmly tell the dealer you won't sign a deal with a marked up MF .. they know what the base rate is.
Yes, credit scores do impact the MF. We always quote for top tier credit.

So a 2nd dealership quoted me a monthly payment today of $592. Their msrp was 56,780, sell price is 51,000 to match the 1st competitor, 3,880 ttl, so Net Cap Cost is 54,880, 2700 down(lease cash), 61% RV for 10k/36 months. This is certainly better than $624 a month from the 1st dealership. But when I asked the 2nd dealer for a MF he refused, said he didn't know, and that this was the deal! He couldn't explain himself nor did he want to pass me on to the finance department for details. I wanted to know because I wanted to see what they did differently and if I could've bargained for more. Should I be weary? Or take the deal?
Also, he said he can offer $577/month for 7500 miles/36 months. Towards the end of our convo, when I didn't know what to do, he asked if he could bump the miles to 10k/36 months for $577 and not $594, would I do it.....I said let me think about it, and will call him back. Any suggestions on if this sounds like a decent deal?

I would be concerned that the dealer won't disclose the MF to you; it's an opportunity to make more money off the deal.

Don't get fewer miles if you know you'll drive more than given to you ... mileage charges at the end of the lease can get very expensive.
Can you tell me the MF & RV for the 2015 GS350 as well as any incentives and lease cash. Just trying to confirm. Dealer said they had new and very aggressive programs. Lolling for 12,000/36.

Just got offer for F-Sport AWD MSRP of $56,745 for 36 mo/12K miles a year at $535/mo. That includes all taxes (8.625%) rolled in but have to pay bank fee and first payment up front - somewhere around $1300. They are also paying my last two payments on my '13 GS and the disposition fee plus not having to pay for the brakes that would have been needed on the 2013. Good deal or can I do better? In NY. MF is .00035 and Residual is 60%

Do you know the selling price or CAP cost? The payment looks good, especially since you are getting out of your lease end charges on your current car.
Have a lease offer for a 2015 GS 350 F-Sport for 3 year/15,000 miles per year. No money down. $51,700 cap cost (though that includes $700 for "Lease Co. Admin Fee"--does Lexus deal on lease acquisition fees?). Tag charges of $567 and first lease payment of $552.63 deducted from dealer lease cash, so cash cap reduction is $1,580.37. Dealer guy said money factor is 0.0065, but that's way too high. I think he missed a zero and it's 0.00065. Like i said, monthly payments of $552.63. Am I leaving money on the table?
With tag and title costing less than quoted, the monthly payment came out to $543. The money factor was also different. I think it was 0.008. I am satisfied with the deal.

Yes, MF of .00065 seems more reasonable.
What was the MSRP?
Acquisition fee is imposed by the bank and cannot be adjusted or negotiated.
Received a quote of $490/mo for Base model: MSRP - $49,540 Cap Cost - $45,045 Adj Cap Cost - $43,919 (includes $700 acq fee, $513 license and fees, $172 taxes and $1,826 lease cash as cap cost reduction) Residual - $29,724 (60%) MF - 0.00075 36/12K
This is sign and drive. Looks high to me since others in are getting F sport under $500 with $0 drive off.
Hello, located in Ohio and looking for the October MF & Res. % on a 36 month 12k mile 2015 GS F-Sport AWD and current lease cash (still 2700?). Also is the $700 acq. fee the standard rate or marked up?
Novice Lexus question but what is the difference between the regular Navigation and the HDD Navigation? Seems F-Sports in my area have both. Thanks!

Thanks for the quick response. Looks like I might have missed my shot on the best deals due to the MF and Res. increasing incrementally. Obviously the $1300 extra leasing cash helps but Lexus double whammed the other ends of it. Big issue I had today when discussing with 2 dealers was on a $58k MSRP car (in Ohio) the most gross cap cost any dealer would even offer me was $53k on the 2015 GS 350 wF Sport. I have seen several prices between $50k-$51k on here but both balked when I even mentioned $51k. With zero down at signing the payment they are calculating was around $615 which is much, much higher then the high $400's/low 500's I've seen on here recently. If it is an Ohio issue with the selling price are there any dealers in neighboring states willing to go lower?

Can't really help with geography and dealers. Some dealers will deal, others won't. You can always reach out to other dealers.
Update on October lease. The new MF and Residuals really aren't friendly at all (looking at 36mo/12k miles). I'm located in Ohio and I can't get anybody below a $600 a month payment in Ohio/Indiana/Kentucky/Illinois currently. Some how some way in the greater Washington DC area I have 3 dealers looking to deal:
1. 2015 GS w/F Sport $56,670 MSRP with a selling number around $45k a dealer can get me too $545 a month all in and no first months payment.
2. 2015 GS w/F Sport $57,770 MSRP (blind spot & park asst added) with a selling number around $45k a dealer is willing to do $535 a month with $1k down.
3. 2015 GS w/F Sport & Mark Levinson $59,200 MSRP with a selling number around $48k a dealer is offering me $565 a month with first month payment down.
Any thoughts on the best one? Makes me sick I waited until Sept. 30th to decide to go with a Lexus over another Acura (lease is up on Tuesday) and I missed out on the great MF/Residuals. I'd probably have gotten a payment in the mid to high 400's with the selling price numbers I've worked out.

If you are stuck on a GS, then the deals are pretty much identical, only differing because of the higher MSRP. Pick the one you want the most.
Kyfdx - what the current numbers for GS350 F-sport 24m/15K, 24m/12K? It sounds like are no rebates, but a lease cash for $4K. Is this still right? Thank you!

There is dealer cash of $4000 on the 2015 GS350, but no supported MF, so the standard MF of .00170 is in play. 24/15 residual is 61%; add 2% for 12K

Thank you Michaell! If I were to switch to purchase/financing, does the cash or rebate change. Assuming T1 credit score, would it be unreasonable to expect 1.9% financing?

I don't see any supported APRs for the GS this month, either. Don't know what the base LFS APR is.
Just picked up my 2015 GS 350 w/F Sport yesterday and couldn't be happier with the deal I received. The dealer actually said when it was all said and done they had to get an exception to back date their previous deal from last month to close it which made it all the more worth while (another story in it of itself). Large part of the credit goes to this forum so thanks again moderators and prior leasers. Details are below:
-Picked up in Washington, DC but car will be registered in Ohio (pay taxes on full value of vehicle compared to just lease payments)
MSRP: $57,5k Selling price: $50,278 Residual: 34,500 Taxes: 3,568 (Ohio, brutal) License & Registration: $249 Bank Fee: $700 Dealer Fee: $300 (was actually more then happy to pay this) Cash Rebate: -$3000 Monthly Payment: $535 36 month/12k miles
Not sure what the overall MF was but I believe it was .00035. If you calculate what the payment on this would be in most states where you just pay the taxes on the lease payments I'd probably be paying right around $450 a month. Beyond happy and was extremely fun driving back to Ohio

That's not correct for Ohio. In Ohio, you pay taxes upfront, but on the full amount of lease payments, not the full selling price. You should be due a partial refund.

Ohhh really? Is there a way to go back and change that after a contract has been signed? Would be interesting because again they used the prior month (September) lease deal through an exception to get it done.

Don't know if they can change the contract, but if the sales tax amount is wrong, whether you paid it upfront, or rolled it into the CAP cost, you are due a refund.

Would I pursue that refund from the dealership now, OR the state of Ohio when I do my taxes? I'm assuming if all the taxes are due once the sale of the car is completed the dealership must front the taxes in its entirety and get the money back from me on the back end? Sorry for the continued questioning, hoping you might have heard somebody who had a similar experience. Thanks again.

Call the dealership now and tell them they have calculated the tax incorrectly. Ohio will not give your money back, as they won't have it. The dealership contracts with a 3rd party to do the title/registration paperwork out of state. At some point, someone will give them the correct tax amount, but you want it fixed before it goes too far.
Can I get a MF and RV on 12k miles/36 months on a 2015 GS 350 F Sport (AWD)? Does this vary if we are interested in the Crafted line? Not sure there's even any left, but just in case.
Any rebates, lease cash etc? Hartford/Springfield/Boston area here.
Have the ability to register in MA or VA (long story, but perfectly legal what we'd be doing) and wondering if both states treat lease tax payments the same? I believe in VA it's on the total sales cost- but can't remember.

.00170 MF and 57% residual. $4000 dealer cash. No difference for Crafted Line.
I believe MA taxes the monthly payment and VA taxes the full selling price (but, a lower rate).

Any updates on rebates, lease cash etc? Houston, TX here.
So far a dealer is offering
$2,700.00 rebate towards down payment,
Sell price of $51,000 ($56,295 MSRP),
no acquisition fee ($700),
no dealer fees ($800).
He says he's using 61% rv/.0012 MF,
Title/License is $400
and coming to $624/month.....and all i need to bring is my 1st month's payment of $624 to drive home.
Sound like a good deal? taxes in texas are 6.25%.
Thanks in advanced to everyone that can help !
In Texas, lease tax is applied against the entire selling price, so that hurts your lease payment.
Need to know the net cap cost (after taxes and fees are applied) to fully evaluate the deal.

Yes, credit scores do impact the MF. We always quote for top tier credit.

What was the MSRP?
Acquisition fee is imposed by the bank and cannot be adjusted or negotiated.
Seems like a decent deal.

Received a quote of $490/mo for Base model:
MSRP - $49,540
Cap Cost - $45,045
Adj Cap Cost - $43,919 (includes $700 acq fee, $513 license and fees, $172 taxes and $1,826 lease cash as cap cost reduction)
Residual - $29,724 (60%)
MF - 0.00075
36/12K
This is sign and drive. Looks high to me since others in are getting F sport under $500 with $0 drive off.
Any thoughts?
Novice Lexus question but what is the difference between the regular Navigation and the HDD Navigation? Seems F-Sports in my area have both. Thanks!
$700 is the standard acquisition fee.
No clue on your NAV question.

1. 2015 GS w/F Sport $56,670 MSRP with a selling number around $45k a dealer can get me too $545 a month all in and no first months payment.
2. 2015 GS w/F Sport $57,770 MSRP (blind spot & park asst added) with a selling number around $45k a dealer is willing to do $535 a month with $1k down.
3. 2015 GS w/F Sport & Mark Levinson $59,200 MSRP with a selling number around $48k a dealer is offering me $565 a month with first month payment down.

-Picked up in Washington, DC but car will be registered in Ohio (pay taxes on full value of vehicle compared to just lease payments)
MSRP: $57,5k
Selling price: $50,278
Residual: 34,500
Taxes: 3,568 (Ohio, brutal)
License & Registration: $249
Bank Fee: $700
Dealer Fee: $300 (was actually more then happy to pay this)
Cash Rebate: -$3000
Monthly Payment: $535
36 month/12k miles
Not sure what the overall MF was but I believe it was .00035. If you calculate what the payment on this would be in most states where you just pay the taxes on the lease payments I'd probably be paying right around $450 a month. Beyond happy and was extremely fun driving back to Ohio

Thanks!
I believe MA taxes the monthly payment and VA taxes the full selling price (but, a lower rate).
