Hello! Don't see a 2015 discussion yet, but they're arriving now and will post here.

Looking for MF & RF for 2015 GS 350 F Sport. For both 12,000 miles and 15,000 miles per year, and for 36 months. If there's "crafted line" numbers out yet, that'd be great, but not sure if they'll differ from the standard F sport. Perhaps the RF could be better because of being more rare?

    Thanks in advance!

The sweet spot is usually 27 months.

The milage is going to burn you. Look into 7.5k/10k and just deal with the overages when it is time to negotiate later.

2015s probably won't be discounted very much for a while, unless they do lease/rebate cash or something.

We don't have any numbers for the 2015 GS just yet. Perhaps in November ...

Does anyone know if GA is a state is where tax is on lease payment or selling price on the car? I'm hearing mixed feedback that this has changed in GA in the past year?

Recently, Georgia implemented an "Ad Valorem" tax of 6.75% to be applied against the entire purchase price of the car, which increases the lease payment greatly.

Those are the only terms I have... Add 1% for 12K/yr or 3% for 15K/yr

Thank you. I assume that you mean subtract percentages for addtional miles. Correct? Is the 27 month deal Lexus' sweet spot? rather than a longer term?

Yes, of course you are correct... Subtract for higher mileage allowances.

I quoted 27 months, because I don't have the new GS residuals, and I extrapolated that number from Lexus' offers. That's the term I see promoted, but it doesn't mean that the 36 month term is not good. I just don't have the numbers available.

I don't have any residual information for the 2015 GS, so I am unable to compare the 2014 and 2015 numbers.

Nor, I'm afraid, am I able to evaluate the deal you've presented.

Any updates on 2015 numbers and incentives. Looks like 27 mo residuals are 71/70/68 for 10/12/15k. Are there any other lease cash or MF that are known? Looking in the Northeast.

Starting to see some more reliable numbers... can't guarantee they will be the same in every region, but here is what we have.

.00090 MF, $1450 lease cash. Complimentary 1st payment.

Your residual numbers are correct for 27 months.. .that's the only term we have, right now.

The advertised deal includes $1450 lease cash from Lexus, plus an additional $2600 discount from the dealer... So, about $4000 off MSRP. So, that's the most you should be paying..

    2015 Lexus GS Crafted Line

    Price: $57410.00
    Price + taxes + fees: $61382.41

    36 month lease
    15,000 miles/year
    One pay: $21,934.72

Some other numbers written down are .00001 and 0.024%.

What is crazy, is compared to the normal monthly payment lease options, the one payment is $10K lower.

Seem like an ok deal? I have never heard of the one payment before.

Well.. there is no way that the One-Pay lease can be $10K lower than the total payments on regular lease.. Your One-Pay quote comes out to about $611/mo. That's a very good payment.

The One-Pay did save you about $80-$90 per month in finance charges, though.. So, more like $3K. Still... huge savings.

Well.. .it's Florida, so expect an $899 dealer fee, on top of the acquisition fee of $700 and the $3000 downpayment... $4600 added to a 27 month lease is another $170/mo... So, now it's $420/mo. Plus tax, of course.. so, now it's $450/mo.

Which is a good price for a $50K car.. except it's only 7.5K miles per year... If you need 15K/yr, it's another $80/mo..

$530/mo. for a 27mo, 15K/yr lease, tax included, with only 1st payment and title/registration upfront is very good.. But, it's not $249/mo.

I currently live in South Florida and drive a '14 GS350.

I'd like to get an E-Class but I just configured one appropriately and it came out to $78k. I don't think that's going to lease for much under $680, with MSDs and only inceptions... Do you?

Do you think people who pay for the milage upfront (15k versus 7.5k) are silly because of how you can negotiate your way into a new lease once the time comes, or do you think paying for them up front holds merit?

I got $499/mo with tax on a $61k GS350 for $54k, and they gave me $1,500 over book on my '13 Sonata SE that was over on the lease milage.

Generally speaking, if the 5 series, A6, GS, and E-class hold the $450-$650 price range, does that mean the 7 series, A8, and S class hold the $700-$1k price range, or are you lucky to get any flagship sedan for under $950ish?

No.. it doesn't translate to the next step up.. Those are lower-volume models and have terrible residuals (realistic, probably).

Getting back to the E-Class, most of them sticker in the low -60s... So, you must really like the options! ;)

    Hey kyfdx,

    Appreciate all that you do.

What would my lease payment be including taxes on a GS350 AWD MSRP 54,800 CAP Cost 50,700.
MF.00090, 70% residual taxes are in Yonkers, NY Zip 10703.

    About $537/mo. plus tax...

You can multiply the payment X the tax rate to get approximate taxes, even though NYS doesn't calculate them that way... It will be pretty close.

Thanks so much! Do you think I can get them down lower on the sale price? Is it ridiculous to think they will go lower than invoice?
