Do you happen to have the current residuals and MF for the E350 wagon, for 24 and 36? Still the standard MF of 0.002-0.0022, I presume?

I'm looking at E350 4Matic, 36 months, 10K/year. MSRP $64,525. Cap cost $54,525. Closing fees $268.75. $800 down payment/cap cost reduction. Quoted 57% residual, MF .00051. $621/month.

Everything looks good to me except the MF. I had seen .00031 mentioned here recently. Is the MF set by MB Financial, and dealers can markup for additional dealer profit?

Even with .00051 as MF, is $621/month high? I get $580.

MF is .00031, and dealers can mark it up.

With your prices, and using the .00051 MF, I get $540/mo plus tax.

Confirm the cap cost with the dealer - that's where the difference in payment is.

I get $580 including tax, which I think is $540 excluding tax (using .00051 and 57%; .00031 would drop it to $560 inclusive of tax). I have a written proposal from dealer with the cap cost, but I will confirm #'s with them. Thanks again!

Thanks! I know it's RWD but that's such a rarity nowadays that I typed FWD on autopilot.

The MF obviously makes up for some of that, but why such a difference in residual between 350 and 400? And how are the numbers for the 400 4matic?

No idea why MB sets the residuals as they do.

In a 27 month/15K lease, E350 4Mat with 4 payments left. Getting mailings from area dealers offering new 2016 models with 15K 36 or 39 month leases with attractive discounts. Would take my car now and pay it off. One said the sticker was $63,380, with cost after dealer contribution of $53,380 for a 15K/36. Payment would be $586 after $1,095 dealer acquisition fee and first payment. Another offering $6K off sticker for 39/15K with $795 acq, first payment of $672, and $675 down. Total would be $2,142 drive off.
On the fence about waiting for the 2017 model and getting into a longer term lease as I'm always over the mileage (currently about 8K over). Do you think my best move is to go after a leftover 2016 now or wait?
I'm not sure if my current mileage penalty will be waived. Plan on visiting dealers later this week.

Don't see any 27 or 39 month specials, this month.

I'm not sure how a longer term lease is going to help you going over mileage.. And, I'd be sure to check on the charges for the old lease, before I re-upped for a new one.
