Yes, standard MF this month and 60% are correct.

There is a per mile adjustment on the calculated residual, however. Probably between .10-.25 per mile.

Just found out from the dealer. Residual adjustment in excess of 3000 miles is 20 cents on E350 Sedan 4Matic. For example: If the vehicle has 5500 miles, residual adjustment is $500 (2500 miles times 20 cents). $500 is deducted from the residual value resulting from MSRP times 57% (for 7500 miles/year). Very reasonable adjustment, in fact very favorable in comparison BMW 5 series.

1.  What are the rates for 24 mo/10k?
2.  How do the lease rates adjust for a used 2016 model (or, do they simply not apply)?  I am considering both new and used models.

65% residual for 24/10.

We don't have the rates for used cars. If it's a service loaner or demo, it's possible new car rates will apply, with a residual reduction for mileage.
