Do you have recent MF examples for 2016 E class wagon for a 36/15k lease? Do you have accurate lease rates for discount on a single pay lease? Please also provide residual value for the wagon. Thank you.

Standard MF and 58% residual. (standard Mercedes MF is around .00200).

In the past, the money factor reduction for single-pay leases has been .00080-.00100. No current information, though.

    Hey Michael,

What's the MF for 2016 E350 rwd? and based on the MF and residual, can you give me rough estimates of what a payment would look like for a MSRP of $58k sale price of $48k, 24/12 and 24/15? Looking to only down drive off (less than $1000). I'm in N. CA.

    Thanks!

    .00080 MF and 65% residual for 24/15, 67% for 24/12.

Adding the $795 acq.fee to the CAP cost, $532/mo. or $484/mo. + tax..

That's a great payment, but do you think you can get $10K off on a new 2016?

Thanks for the response! I believe so - they told me they would do 9-10k off depending on options. just quoted me $550/mo (CA tax included) with no money down. Sound like a good deal for 24/12?

What happens if I one-pay the lease and then do the pull-ahead into another car (i.e 6 six payments). Does mercedes send me a check back for the balance since i didnt use it?

Hey Michael - if the MSRP on this car was 54k and assuming purchase price of 45k with the same parameters. How much does that lower the monthly payment?

For a 24 month lease, every $1000 affects the payment about $42.

OTD if your car was selling for 45k with acq fee @ 67% residual 24/12k with .00080 MF it should be coming out to $456.44 with 9% CA sales tax.

I have two extremely competitive leases on the table. Both of them are one-pay and both dealers are in the same areas.

I just need help choosing one over the other!

    Deal 1:

    MSRP $60,700

    Steel Gray Metallic
    Premium 1 Pkg
    KEYLESS-GO
    Lane Tracking Pkg

    One-pay $13,300 24m/12k
    No services included

    Deal 2:

    MSRP $61,155

    Steel Gray Metallic
    Premium 1 Pkg
    KEYLESS-GO
    Illuminated Star
    Wheel Locks
    Come Box
    Rear spoiler

    One-pay $13,600 24m/10k
    A & B services INCLUDED!

Note the mileage difference between the leases...

Would you go for Deal 1 or Deal 2?

Deal 2, if you bump it up to 12K/yr, is going to add $1230 to your single payment. So, the deals are about $1500 apart. Given that, I'd go for deal 1... and ask them how much to add the service plan.

Because, I'm not driving an E-Class with a rear spoiler.. ;)

Hello all. Checking to see if I can a quote on two different E coupes; E400 and E550. From what I understand, the RV is not as high of a % on the 550 so the lease payments are significantly higher?

Louisiana - Taxed on payments only at a 9% rate in my area.

    36/10k

    E550
    MSRP $68800
    Selling $65800
    $$ Down $10k
    Acq Fee $795

    E400
    MSRP $66540
    Selling $63040
    $$ Down $10k
    Acq Fee $795

    Thanks!

    36/10 numbers
    E400C - 60% and .00109
    E550C - 56% and standard MF (.00180-.00220)

We don't recommend making a down payment on a lease; if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money.

Would it be possible to get he following info for August:

15k Residual and Money Factor for a 2015 & 2016 E400 4matic Sedan in 24 and 36 months, and and if there are any special leases like 27 month? I plan on leasing for 7,500 miles.

For the 16 E350 4matic Sedan, is 56% 15k (60% for 7,500) miles and .00077 correct for 36 months? Could you confirm the 24 or 27 month Residual and MF as well? Looks like 69% 7,500 mi. and .00077 for 24 mo.

    Big Thanks!

Hi. I'm looking to lease a 2016 E400 coupe RWD and got the following quote.  Im in Texas btw.

    MSRP 67475
    Agreed price 60476
Original Sales Tax was 3919.69 (but he said he used a VIN on a returned lease car and knocked it down to 2256.60. Is this legal?)
    Tax/Registration 57.75
    Title 33.00
    State inspection 23.75
    Documentation 125
    Road and Bridge?  11.50
    Final price 62,983.60
    36mo at 12000 miles

$922 a month - $1500 due at signing, which includes 1st month payment and lease acquisition fee.

    What do you think?  Thanks.

Edit:  I told him that if I used an MF of 0.00109, the payments are a little less than his quoted $922, but he says that my MF is way off.

The E400 uses the standard MF - between .00180 and .00220

  • Thanks, Michaell. So, using an MF 0.00180 and residual value 59% comes out about $924 a month.

That's not what I get - using $67,475 as the MSRP and $62,984 as the net cap cost, I get about $829/mo before tax.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but in Texas, I believe we have to pay tax on the entire purchase amount rather than the depreciated amount. 6.25% x $62,984 = $3936.50 divided by 36mo = $109 in taxes/mo. The $924/mo that I came up also includes taxes. Does that sound right? Thanks.
