Is it possible to get cap cost down another 3500? I thought 16% off MSRP was reasonable, plus the $3500 from EAB (fleet incentive).

Both MF (base .00068) and acquisition fee (base $795) are marked up. Using the base rates with your prices, I get $747/mo with 7% tax.

If I use $52,140 + 1795 - 500 as the net cap cost ($53,435), I get a payment of $527/mo + tax, so $560/mo seems about right.

Looks like this has been addressed in the other thread you posted in.
Hi Guys, I had been a silent observer so far. I got some very good and credible info from these threads. Its my turn to feed some data into this forum. I recently returned my C250 and got into E350 with Premium package and some safety gear. MSRP 59,995 12k/36 1500 down (including first month payment) 507/month including Taxes
I am guessing this is a good deal.
Thanks to the moderators and everyone for all the good data.

Yes, I will agree that you got a great (not good) deal.
So after a little more negotiation, (and inspired by the deals I see here on Edmunds) I was able to get the following offer below. Please note I am returning my current E350 and am entitled to a $450 refund from my wheel and tire insurance. The monthly payment below includes new wheel and tire insurance for $1000 / 60 months but billed over the lease term @ $40 / month ($1000/24). I know that’s insane, but they refund you the money based on the number of months you use it. So when I turn this new one in 2 years from now, I get $600 back, so “technically” it’s a little over $16/month for the insurance.
Soooo….Is a good deal?
2016 Silver E350 with Prem Package, Panorama Sunroof, Lane Tracking Package, Parking Assist Package etc…. MSRP: $64,600.00 Selling Price ($12.45 off): $52,150.00 All Fees: Bank, Dealer, Tag and Title: $2,130.00 Cap Cost Reduction (Refund from Wheel & Tire Insurance): $450.00 Term: 24 Miles: 7500 Monthly Payment (Tax in with Wheel and Tire Insurance): $588.00 Due at signing: Only first months PMT of $588.00
Again, thanks to Michaell and everyone else for posting their info.

What is the net cap cost, after adding in the fees and subtracting the refund from the previous lease?

I get $539.41/mo + tax, assuming RWD. So, $588 seems about right, based on the tax rate.

Hi everyone. I have a quote from a dealer in San Diego for a 2016 e400 coupe, $65,390 msrp , 15k miles, 36 months, around $1200 in drive off(only first months payment, fees etc.) Payment with tax comes to $645/month. Is this a good deal or do you think there is any more room? I think they are taking about $11500 off the car. Also, does anyone know what the residual and money factor is on these numbers? Thanks.

.00109 and 57% for 36/15.
Assuming the selling price of $53,890 is the net cap cost, I get $561/mo + tax. If the tax rate is 9%, the payment goes to $611/mo.
So, find out the exact net cap cost and what the $1200 in drive offs cover.

Thank you. I am coming out to about the same $611 number too. They must be tacking on the acquisition fee or something to the cap cost of the car.

Your acquisition fee is marked up from the base $795.
Not sure...I believe they were discounting it $6,000. As of today, dealer now saying factory money went from $3,000 to $2,250, residual dipped 1 point and MF remained the same.

Hey guys, quick question before I pull the trigger. Want to see what kind of money factor I'd expect. I'm doing a MSD payment + money factor lease.
E63s AMG 2016 MSRP: 103,500 Selling price: Not sure, have to negotiate, probably Residual (according to cars.com): 48 @ 52,925 (but seems low) MSD payment: 25k + Trade in value: AT LEAST 5k = 30k+
What should I expect in monthly payment and money factor? Have great credit.

36m/10k. Got 62% and .00077. Is this correct for e400 sedan?
Planning on 10x msd.
got 15% off msrp so far. Trying to get FED as well but not looking good. Will be around 550 w tax a mo. Sound reasonable?
anyone know the onetime payment discount?
We only show the .00077 MF for the E350.

E63s AMG 2016
MSRP: 103,500
Selling price: Not sure, have to negotiate, probably
Residual (according to cars.com): 48 @ 52,925 (but seems low)
MSD payment: 25k + Trade in value: AT LEAST 5k = 30k+
What should I expect in monthly payment and money factor? Have great credit.
No clue on payment, without selling price.
