Hi, please share what % or $ off from MSRP you are getting for E350RWD?

Hi, getting this offer now on a 2016 E350 rwd

    MSRP 62630
    Discount -6500
    Sale Price 56130

    Tax 377.51
    Tag 425
    Doc 699
    Rebate 3500
    Aquisition 1095
Fees 950 (i dont know where this is coming from, but its needed to make the dealers quoted Cap Cost and 24month lease rate

    Cap Cost 56176

    Residual .65, MF .00088, 24 month, 12k miles per year, Payment with tax (7%) = $780.

Is it possible to get cap cost down another 3500? I thought 16% off MSRP was reasonable, plus the $3500 from EAB (fleet incentive).

Thanks for your help in advance.

Both MF (base .00068) and acquisition fee (base $795) are marked up. Using the base rates with your prices, I get $747/mo with 7% tax.

    If I use $52,140 + 1795 - 500 as the net cap cost ($53,435), I get a payment of $527/mo + tax, so $560/mo seems about right.

Hi Guys, I had been a silent observer so far. I got some very good and credible info from these threads. Its my turn to feed some data into this forum.
I recently returned my C250 and got into E350 with Premium package and some safety gear.
    MSRP 59,995
12k/36 1500 down (including first month payment)
    507/month including Taxes

I am guessing this is a good deal.

Thanks to the moderators and everyone for all the good data.

    Hey Guys,

So after a little more negotiation, (and inspired by the deals I see here on Edmunds) I was able to get the following offer below. Please note I am returning my current E350 and am entitled to a $450 refund from my wheel and tire insurance. The monthly payment below includes new wheel and tire insurance for $1000 / 60 months but billed over the lease term @ $40 / month ($1000/24). I know that’s insane, but they refund you the money based on the number of months you use it. So when I turn this new one in 2 years from now, I get $600 back, so “technically” it’s a little over $16/month for the insurance.

    Soooo….Is a good deal?

2016 Silver E350 with Prem Package, Panorama Sunroof, Lane Tracking Package, Parking Assist Package etc….
    MSRP: $64,600.00
    Selling Price ($12.45 off): $52,150.00
All Fees: Bank, Dealer, Tag and Title: $2,130.00
Cap Cost Reduction (Refund from Wheel & Tire Insurance): $450.00
    Term: 24
    Miles: 7500
Monthly Payment (Tax in with Wheel and Tire Insurance): $588.00
Due at signing: Only first months PMT of $588.00

Again, thanks to Michaell and everyone else for posting their info.

I get $539.41/mo + tax, assuming RWD. So, $588 seems about right, based on the tax rate.

I'm interested in the money factor and residuals on the following:

    2016 e400 Coupe @ 27/12, 36/12 and 39/12

    2016 e400 Convertible @ 27/12, 36/12 and 39/12

    2016 e550 Convertible @ 27/12, 36/12 and 39/12

Additionally, about what percentage should I expect to negotiate off sticker. I'm in Texas.

    Thanks!

Hi everyone. I have a quote from a dealer in San Diego for a 2016 e400 coupe, $65,390 msrp , 15k miles, 36 months, around $1200 in drive off(only first months payment, fees etc.) Payment with tax comes to $645/month. Is this a good deal or do you think there is any more room? I think they are taking about $11500 off the car. Also, does anyone know what the residual and money factor is on these numbers?
    Thanks.

    .00109 and 57% for 36/15.

Assuming the selling price of $53,890 is the net cap cost, I get $561/mo + tax. If the tax rate is 9%, the payment goes to $611/mo.

So, find out the exact net cap cost and what the $1200 in drive offs cover.

Thank you. I am coming out to about the same $611 number too. They must be tacking on the acquisition fee or something to the cap cost of the car.

Hello - I wanted to say how much I appreciate everyone's input here.  It's very helpful.

Looking to close a lease deal and wanted to get any thoughts.

Msrp: 62k 2016 e350 p1, keyless package, amg rims, steel grey
    Sale price: 54k
Acq fee: 1095 (I know, marked up)
    Maint: 690
    Appearance: 160
    Total Cap cost: 55,945
    Residual: 59%
    Mf: .00088
    Term: 36mo / 10k mi per year

The total fees up front were 1232.93 (655 first pmt, 101 title, 352 license, 80 processing fee, 29 filing fee, 8.75 ca tire fee, 19.48 other fee).  They waived all of this as a 1232.93 credit so I put nothing down at all.

Payment comes to 655.78 which includes california tax (base monthly of 607.20 plus 48.58 tax)

The calculated payment is very close, either way. Looks like a good deal.

Hi, looking to lease a 2016 e350 4matic with. MSRP of $64,990 - 36 months and 7,500 miles per year (New York city area)
Taxes rolled in to lease and only paying first month and DMV fees (total of about $900 at closing).
What is a good lease rate - the Winter sale event has ended but I still have $3,500 available as a corporate incentive.
    Thanks

Hi, looking to lease a 2016 e350 4matic with. MSRP of $64,990 - 36 months and 7,500 miles per year (New York city area)
Taxes rolled in to lease and only paying first month and DMV fees (total of about $900 at closing).
What is a good lease rate - the Winter sale event has ended but I still have $3,500 available as a corporate incentive.
    Thanks

    .00066 MF and 60% residual.

Need to know a proposed selling price/CAP cost to calculate a payment

    Thanks - I was quoted $610
The tax was rolled into the monthly payment at closing

Find out the net cap cost - if higher than the selling price you've shared, determine what else has been added to it (besides tax).

Not sure...I believe they were discounting it $6,000. As of today, dealer now saying factory money went from $3,000 to $2,250, residual dipped 1 point and MF remained the same.

    Hi. Looking at a 2016 e400 sedan.

36m/10k.  Got 62% and .00077. Is this correct for e400 sedan?

    Planning on 10x msd.

got 15% off msrp so far.  Trying to get FED as well but not looking good.  Will be around 550 w tax a mo.  Sound reasonable?

anyone know the onetime payment discount?

    Standard MF and 62% residual.

We only show the .00077 MF for the E350.

Hey guys, quick question before I pull the trigger. Want to see what kind of money factor I'd expect. I'm doing a MSD payment + money factor lease.

    E63s AMG 2016
    MSRP: 103,500
Selling price: Not sure, have to negotiate, probably
Residual (according to cars.com): 48 @ 52,925 (but seems low)
    MSD payment: 25k + Trade in value: AT LEAST 5k = 30k+

What should I expect in monthly payment and money factor? Have great credit.

No clue on payment, without selling price.
