Outstanding forum guys!  I'm trying to decide between 2016 q3 and q5.  The q5 lease seems aggressive but frankly my wife can't tell much difference between the 2 models, it will her car.  May I please have the June mf and res for the q3 36/15 in PA?  I assume I need to go over to the q5 forum to get the same for Q5?  Tia.  Would be awd.

What is the MF and residual right now for a Q3 Prestige AWD 36/12 in San Diego?

Also, what would the monthly payment be if the purchase price is 39,847 (MSRP 43395), then on that a 500 rebate incentive and $635 cap cost reduction (adjusted cap cost of 38711.99)? Right now they are saying 498/mo, but I think the MF may be too high, and maybe there is some wiggle room on the purchase price, though I am about 1k under invoice.

36/7.5 numbers are .00093 and 60% for the Prestige trim.

OK this is what I got back from the dealer...36m/10m $428.93 with $1,526.43 plus plates due at signing. Q3 Prem. Plus Quattro MSRP $41,750, lease end residual $24,960. Is this a good deal or can I get them down more? thank you for your help!

What is the net cap cost? What does the up front cash cover?

$39,900 and taxes are rolled in...$1,526.43 is $1000 cap cost reduction + first month + Doc Fee. I also qualify for the $500 summer of Audi and Audi Loyalty. thanks!

Got the following info:

MSRP $36,000 model - 2016 Audi Q3 FWD Tiptronic

$330 a month (for metallic color). Sales guy told me if I chose white, then ~$315, including tax for 12K/36 months. He told me that the summer of audi event ends Weds so this offer is good until then.

He told me the MF is .00064 and the residual value was about $20,000. We were hypothetically talking numbers since I told him I was thinking of September or November to take the plunge.

Can someone help me reverse calculate and see if it's a good deal? I had started off asking if he could do $300 a month. He did say the drive off would be ~$1,500 (includes first payment). I don't have the written notes with me. I'll update when I have it.

Also, for leases in general, I know that it's not wise to do any down payments, but what about the other things like registration and doc fees. Is it better to just "finance" those by rolling it into the monthly payment?

CAP cost of around $30K would get you $296/mo.+tax.
So, pretty strong deal at $315/mo. with $1500 due at signing.

With your prices, I get $416/mo before tax.

If you are only putting in $479 at signing, my guess is that the cap cost is higher, to account for the taxes and fees you aren't paying up front.
