Need to know the MSRP and the negotiated selling price.

Hello Michaell,
Sorry about that I was in a hurry when I first posted. The MSRP was $24,520 and negotiated price was $20,228. This is in California.
53% residual and .50% APR (.00021 MF).
How much of the down payment and trade equity are being used as down payment to lower the price?
With your prices, as is, I get $208/mo before tax.
Well we sort of had a bad experience with a Sales Manager at the dealership and we ended up speaking with the GM and he gave us the terms of the lease earlier stated as a peace offering so I was just trying to see if that was decent or not.

If the $195/mo is with tax it is an excellent deal.
Hi there, I live in Knoxville, TN. Looking at a 2016 Fusion Titanium lease and would appreciate the money factor and current residual. Also, I'm a bit confused, does leasing this car get all the Ford incentives - Friends and family, black Friday cash, etc? Or does leasing get some different incentive. Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving!
A couple other things: 36 months, 12k miles and 36 months 10.5k miles is what I'm looking at. Also, does the friends and family discount come out of Ford or out of the dealership? I'm talking to a sales person and they are quoting me dealer invoice for a price which they say is better than friends and family. My impression was I should get friends and family on top of the dealer concession on price. Thanks again!

0.25% APR and 55%/56% residual. $1750 lease cash
The "Friends and Family" deal is like having A plan (or whatever letter they use). It's a fixed discount. The dealer is compensated by Ford. No negotiation under that. But, ask for that number, and make sure that their offer is cheaper.
Leasing may give different incentives than purchase. We don't have all of that information, however.
I'm looking to lease a 2016 Fusion Titanium FWD with a gross capitalized cost of 33126.95. It's a loaded out Fusion with all the tech bells and whistles. Pretty much everything. What would be the residual value for it? It's 36 months/15,000 miles in New Jersey. How do you calculate it? What's the difference between "Residual Value" and "Depreciation and any amoritized amounts"? Also... what's a "Rent Charge"?

Residual value is a percentage of MSRP Residual is what the car is worth at the end of the lease
"Depreciation and any amortized amounts" is the CAP cost of the vehicle minus the residual value. It's basically the amount you are paying for the lease, not including the finance portion
Rent charge = finance portion of the lease. Sometimes this is expressed as the full amount for the term of the lease.
Those last two, added together, then divided by the number of months will result in your monthly lease payment.
After looking over my lease I noticed some issues with what I originally asked for in the lease terms and what they provided. I'm glad I looked because I would have signed a lease that is based on 36/12,000 instead of 36/15,000. That, and other things (getting the adjusted capitalized cost wrong) is starting to sour me to the idea of leasing.
Those concerns aside I appreciate your help.
How do they calculate the "rent" charge? Also... when they do the residual value is it based on the Adjusted capitalized cost or the gross?
Here's another residual value question... should the residual value of the vehicle be different from the purchase option at the end of the lease? On my lease they are different and it seems odd to me.
Maybe I should just lay it out there. The numbers below are for 36/12000 with a money factor of 2.5. Gross cap. cost: 34925.52 (Agreed on value of vehicle 33126.95) Cap. Cost reduction: 5203.03 Adjusted Cap cost: 29722.49 Residual Value: 19636.50 (End of lease purchase price option is 20136.50?!) Depreciation: 10085.99 Rent Charge: 2061.85 Base Payments: 12147.84 Lease term: 36 months Payments: 337.44

Rent charge is the interest due on the lease .. it uses a number called a "money factor" which equates roughly to the interest rate.
The residual value is the MSRP multiplied by the residual rate; the buyout amount is probably adjusted ($500) by an additional fee - ask the dealer what that is.
Looking for lease numbers (MF, residual, lease cash available) for a 2016 or 2015 Fusion SE with 2.0L engine (does that make a difference to any of the figures) in Southern California. Thank you very much!

Sorry -- I'll repost with details. Looking for lease numbers (MF, residual, lease cash available), 36 months, 12K/15K miles per year for a 2015 or 2016 Ford Fusion SE with 2.0T engine, Southern California.

I'll assume FWD as you are in SoCal. 36/15 numbers: 2016 - 50% and .50%. $2500 lease cash. 2015 - no residual information and standard MF (around 5-6%)
Just signed a deal for Ford fusion 2016 Titanium with AWD that I think is a great deal. MSRP is 37,290. In NJ (7% tax) got the deal for $280/month with only $300 upfront - 36/12. That includes taxes, title/MV and first months. I was able to get 5250 in lease cash. There is 3250 available at year end, 500 holiday, 1000 conquest and 500 college (just need a kid in college). Selling price was 33500, residual 55% and interest rate is 0.25%. MV fees/ bank application fee, doc fee's/other is around 1800. I probably could have squeezed more out ($10 more) but they had the one car we wanted.

Looks like a great deal. Do you mind telling which dealer in NJ?
The maple crest dealer in mendham. They were awesome - really nice - limited haggling - very helpful. By far the best one we dealt with. I also think the performance ford in randolph would do a similar deal. The price was 285 and not 280. It also end of year for this deal. I had one dealer in flemington not do it. I used true car to get the selling price. Be careful with true car because it puts the rebates in the selling price and they need to be removed if you are leasing (getting 5,250 in lease cash).

Wow, is there really that much cash right now? I thought it was about $3000 (I don't have anyone in college, but even if it's $4,750...). I've been fighting with Ford for over a year about my 2014 Fusion, and I just need out of it. I was going to go this weekend to try to get a new car because my specially-ordered 2014 is a lemon, and they know it. I pay $347, including financing my NY tax, X-Plan -- Titanium AWD with Navigation, Driver Assist, Sunroof, Heated steering wheel, and ceramic seats, 12,000 miles, 36 months, $500 down (to negate part of the tax -- long story, but in NY, if anything happens to the car, you won't get the tax back, but you'd get the down payment back!).
Is it anyone at the dealership in particular? Or just the dealership as a whole? I'd like to call them tomorrow before schlepping from White Plains. I work in NJ anyway, so it's not a HORRIBLE inconvenience for me to go to NJ. Thanks! I just need out of this horrific disaster and into either a 2016 Fusion or an Edge. It's sad, because my 2012 was great, and I thought I was upgrading!

I tried working a deal for Ford Edge with Maplecrest Mendham, but their pricing was higher than other dealers in area and their inventory was rather limited.
I found the best configuration + color combination, and deal at All American Ford in Old Bridge NJ. I spoke to Ashley over phone, and the deal was done in few minutes. Highly recommend.
Michaell, Can you provide the Ford Fusion SE & Titanium lease rate for Arizona. MF, Residual and incentives/cash? Ideally 24/10 or 24/12 but also 36/10 or 36/12 if needed. Your the best. Thanks!
