Could I get numbers for 2016 Tucson Eco and Limited FWD? 36/15 in Florida.
Also, anyone have any insight as to whether or not Hyundai will be offering a pull-ahead program any time soon? Guessing no one will know until it's made public, but figured it doesn't hurt to ask as I've got just a few months left on my 2013 Sonata lease....Thanks!

Eco FWD - .00087 and 56% Limited FWD - .00071 and 54%
$750 lease cash.
I see no information about a pull ahead program, but I know I've seen one in the past - just don't have any details.
Trust me, I'm interested too, as I have a 2013 Elantra GT whose lease is up this fall.

Thanks! Yeah I've only got about 600 miles left on my allowance (45k) so things are starting to get dicey. Last time on my '11 Sonata I was over 2k over, but the pull-ahead program they had at the time combined with CarMax offering me more than what it was worth saved me. It looks like they started a pull-ahead last year in April, so I'm hoping for the same.
A slight aside, since you seem to be on top of the numbers across the Hyundai line....is it just me, or does the Genesis look like it's by far the best lease deal of all their models at the moment? Based on what I'm seeing in that forum, I'm not so sure I couldn't get a RWD model that's light on the options for around the same as the Tucson Limited. If that's the case, I may have to seriously reconsider how much I really want the extra space in the Tucson's cargo area for our dog....

I have seen some pretty good deals on the Genesis lately, for sure.
I've got under 4K left on my allowance with 6+ months to go, so I too am hoping for some sort of pull-ahead program as well. Already getting emails from my local dealer.

This is a great forum. Thanks for everyone who contributes. I may be out of place but wanted to check the math with you guys on a 2016 Tucson Limited Ultimate package lease quote I received. I also have a few questions you may be able to shed some light on.
I'm in MN and received the following quote: MSRP 35440, Price 33551, Residual 20909, doc/reg fees 520, tax 2151 (tax is owed upon lease - 6.5% - but is this amount correct?), rebate 500. I also have equity in a RAV4 that I've been quoted (by a Toyota dealer) at 2000 over my residual - Hyundai offered 700. This is 36 months and 10k miles.
At no money down, $452, $1k down, $422, $2k $392.
Questions: 1. Math looks fuzzy, any comments? 2. Price seems high (no haggle) I think I can get it down a little, any suggestions? 3. How do they figure tax? I thought it's just the tax on the term of the lease? 4. Should I negotiate the trade in or try to sell to CarMax and take the money to put down? 5. Does anyone know the MF and Residual in MN?

Thanks so much! I'll report on any progress.
36/10 numbers on the 2016 Tucson Limited AWD are .00088 and 59%. $750 lease cash, which you should deduct after making your best deal.
I believe MN taxes the sum of the payments and collects it up front - the $2151 number looks correct for a purchase, not a lease.
We recommend not using equity to buy down the price - that money is lost if the car is stolen or totaled. Have them cut you a check instead. And yes, negotiate for the best price you can get - use the CarMax quote to get the Hyundai dealer to up their offer.
I just got back from a dealer. I was offered $344/mo for 36/12 with $2000 down payment (including inception fees). Was this a good deal for the Limited w/o Ultimate?

Can't tell you.
What was the MSRP? Selling price?
How does the $2000 get applied?
State and tax rate?
Without this information, all we could do is guess.

I think the MSRP was 31,000. What is the difference between MSRP and selling price?
I just told the rep that I am willing to put $2000 out of my own pocket which covers all the fees/taxes/down. I'm in NY, tax rate is 8.875%.

You negotiate the selling price just like you would on a purchase.
I would ask the dealer for a full accounting of the $2000.
NY taxes the sum of the payments and collects the money up front, so would be part of the $2000. Then there is the bank fee, dealer fee, first payment and DMV costs.

The $2,000 would cover all those fees (minus the first payment) But again this is for a lease, not financing or purchasing. I'm not sure how to math works out but if you did $380 x 36mo, that only comes out to $13,680. Again, I'm not sure how leasing numbers work.

We recommend not using equity to buy down the price - that money is lost if the car is stolen or totaled. Have them cut you a check instead. And yes, negotiate for the best price you can get - use the CarMax quote to get the Hyundai dealer to up their offer.
