I have found tons of valuable info on these forums for my car purchases/leases over the years so happy to post my deal from today:

2016 Hyundai Tuscon Limited (Caribbean Blue!) + Ultimate Package + $640 worth of cargo covers/mats/wheel locks etc that all the Ultimate package cars in the area seem to have.

MSRP $35,585
Net Cap Cost: $30,500 (including current $1,000 lease cash offer)
MF: 0.00065 (current tier 1 base rate)

Lease term: 36mo / 12K miles per year
Monthly Depreciation + Finance charges: $317

i saw some lease deals on dealership websites which seemed good but the fine print said over 800 credits core. is tier1 for hyundai now above 800?!? the fineprint stated it was through hyundai motor finance as well.

...I am not sure "finite" is the right word. What I mean to ask is "How do the numbers change between dealers, zip codes or counties". I purchased my Veloster in 2012 in Long Beach because the deal was worth the hour drive.

Sorry, I meant November. And last night I was quoted a MF of .00055 and Residual of 54% on the Tucson Limited FWD. Cash rebates increased from $1,750 to $2,250.

I just got a reply from a dealership in southern california stating the current numbers they are offering for a 2016 Hyundai Tuscon SE FWD is MF 0.00021 and RV= 56% for 36 months 12k a year. i did inform them i have a creditscore of about 750 ish

is it possible for a dealership to provide a lower RV than the National numbers? I do see the post above got 59% this month but then again the trim was not stated.

Residual is fixed by the bank and cannot be modified by the dealer. However, different trims and drivetrains (FWD vs. AWD) may very well have different residuals attached to them.

And, the residual varies by mileage. Hyundai quotes 12K as the 'standard' mileage - add 1% to that for 10K, subtract 2% for 15K.

Hey Michaell, How did you get past the disposition fee? When i turned in my 2011 hyundai elantra for a new 2013 Hyundai Elantra they still tried to charge me the (at the time) $500 disposition fee. I had to call HMF to remove it since i leased another Hyundai right after, and it was kind of a hassle..

I traded my Elantra GT for a Jetta; the VW dealer paid of the outstanding lease balance, so there was no disposition fee. I had two payments left.
