Due at signing: First Payment $471.11 Upfront Fees $128.75 Total $599.86
Monthly looks to be $472
You have the selling price, but you don't have the adjusted CAP cost. Ask for that number. It will probably include an acquisition fee, and maybe a lot of other surprising numbers.
Also, that money factor is severely marked up. There are a lot nicer vehicles that you could lease for $600/mo.

The monthly is 472 according to them but I agree this getting into luxury car territory.

Sorry.. mistook the amount due at signing for the monthly payment.
Not enough information .. would need to know the MSRP and negotiated selling price. Also, the breakdown of the up front cash.
And, the state and tax rate will be good to have, as well.
36/12 lease numbers:
Limited - 60% and .00070 XT Premium - 62% and .00085 XT Touring - 58% and .00055
Looking to put 0 down in terms of the CAP deduction and I`m in NJ so the sales tax will 7%. Will pay the taxes and fees upfront though. Subaru has a 595 bank fee I believe.
I didn`t do any negotiating as of now, just got two ballpark quotes from the dealers via e-mail.
MSRP for dealer 1 for the XT is listed at 35,600 and for the limited it is at 30,700
MSRP for dealer 2 for the XT is listed at 35,200 and for the Limited it is at 29,999

And the net cap cost? This would be the negotiated selling price plus the taxes and fees you are adding into the lease.
For the XT model I believe it would be in 33,500 range.
For the limited model, probably 30,500 range, sound about right?
I haven`t been to the dealer and negotiating the Cap cost yet, I`ve been getting numbers via e-mail from multiple dealerships.
I don't track pricing, so can't tell you how accurate those numbers are. The biggest part of getting a good lease payment is to negotiate the lowest price you can, just like on a purchase.
You can negotiate the cap cost via email ... just make them break out all the taxes and fees. You can decide to pay them up front or add them to the selling price.
Can I get the numbers for a 2016 Forester Premium with the All Weather package 15/36 and 15/42 (my dealership offered me 42 months, I'm not big on the idea but figured I'd ask for numbers). I'm in the Bay Area, CA. Thanks!

May I please have the numbers for a 2016 Forester 2.5i Premium with All-Weather pkg, plus eyesight? 10/36 & 10/40 (they offered the 40mos, thoughts?), Zip 92056. Thank you...
Also, I have a 2013 Impreza 5 door with 20400 miles. I'm in a 40 month lease at $199/mo and have 11 payments left. To buy out it would cost just under 14k. Edmunds states these values, $14392/TradeIn, $17181/DealerRetail, $15895/PrivatePartySale, and $18024/DealerCertifiedUsed.
My goal is to get the Forester listed above for a lease as close to $200/mo as possible. Can I negotiate the equity? How realistic is that? In your opinion, what is the cheapest least I could get (roughly). Thanks...

I don't see a 40 month option - 39 and 42, perhaps?
36/10 on the Forester Premium is 63% and .00090.
You may have some positive equity in your current lease - you can negotiate the trade value just like you would on a car that is financed. Have you confirmed the payoff value with the bank that is funding your current lease?

Subarus are not inexpensive to lease .. not likely to see $200/mo on it.

Yes I confirmed with the bank.
If $200/mo for a Forester is not likely. What do you think is? The salesman gave me a "rough ballpark" of $289/mo. That is prior to any negotiations...

The lease payment is highly dependent on the price you are able to negotiate. Subarus are expensive to lease, compared to other brands. Not even sure you can get into an Impreza for $200/mo, assuming $0 down.

.00090 MF and 62% residual.
If the negotiated price was the CAP cost, then $296/mo.+tax.
Could I please have the MF and RV on a Forester base 2.5i automatic for 36 months at 15K in NY? I will also probably opt for the one touch drivers side window if that makes a difference.

Does this sound good?
Using the MF of .00135 and the 36/12 residual on the base of 64%, I get $190/mo + tax with those prices.
I would (A) double check the cap cost - if higher than the selling price, find out what's been added, and (B) confirm the MF they are using. Subaru dealers can mark it up as much as .00050

What do you think of these numbers?
MSRP Listed: $37,052

Residual Value $21,860
Money Factor .0012
Due at signing:
First Payment $471.11
Upfront Fees $128.75

Also, that money factor is severely marked up. There are a lot nicer vehicles that you could lease for $600/mo.
