Happy 4th of July to you too.

Honestly, you are being too optimistic with your goal. You would need about at least a $10k discount off msrp on the Touring to get to that payment with everything rolled in. Recommend you educate yourself on how auto leases are structured, come up with a realistic sale price, and blast email dealers requesting their best quotes and go from there.

Money factor is the same. Lease cash went up by $100.

And, yes.. appears residuals went down by 1%

Also, is there a step by step guide somewhere on how to get internet quotes from dealers for leases? I used this last year when I bought my new Odyssey, but I'm looking to lease now and not sure how to approach that. Thanks.

Most in CA are getting close to $3k below invoice. Are you working multiple dealers to ensure competitive quotes?

To provide you comparison, my best quote for an EXL V6 was $304 incl OC sales tax, $1k due at signing, 36 month/12k miles.

Does anyone have any idea how this dealer came up with such a high monthly payment for a Honda, do these numbers make Sense and is this a good deal? (1st photo is taxes, bank fee, DMV fees payed upfront which is a little over 2k and $418 a month)  (2nd photo is $454 monthly payment and that's with $0 down, of course just 1st month and DMV fees)

Adding $595 acquisition fee and $344/mo. first payment to your selling price, I get a payment of $305/mo.+tax. That's pretty close. The difference could be title/registration/doc fees.

With $1350 lease cash, I'm not sure how good the selling price is. That might be where you could get the price down. Every $100 less saves $3/mo. off the payment.

The payment is high, because you picked the most expensive Accord, which also comes with the worst residuals.

It's really not a bad payment, considering the residual on the Touring.

$2K out of pocket = $1393 down, $125 sales/use tax, $260 first monthly, $95 + 101 + $25 = filing fees.

A. Gross Cap Cost, it says agreed upon value of vehicle is ($23,593) but shows $25,238 on the line,
B. Cap Cost Reduction $1393
C. Adj Cap Cost = $23,844
D. Residual = 15,800 (=56% of $28,215)
Base Monthly Pmnt = $238, Monthly Tax = $21.47 = $260 all in with a high tax state.

I find the breakdown between agreed upon value and the $880 sales/use tax, $169 doc fee, $595 acq fee, which leads to the Gross Cap Cost.

Don't know what lieu taxes are; check the AZ department of revenue website

I'm guessing your cap cost includes all available incentives.

I get $413 as well with those numbers.

Subtract 1% from residual for EX Sensing; subtract 2% for EX-L with Nav/Sensing.

That is for tier 1 credit. Don't know the markup for lower credit tiers.

So im getting a quote from honda for 320 24 months not sure how they got there

When you lease for 24 months, it can get expensive, as your fixed costs are amortized over fewer months. For example, the $595 acquisition fee. It adds $16.53/mo. to a 36 month lease, but $24.79/mo. to a 24 month lease.

Recommend you read back a month or two of posts - you should be able to get 2500-3000 under invoice for that car. 33k is not good at all.
