These are my final numbers on 2016 Honda Accord LX in Michigan
selling price: 19356
sales Tax: 6%
Acq Fee: 595
tires protection: 350/3 years
Leaae Term: 36/12k
money factor: 0.0002
Total cost: 20301 (Selling + Acq Fee + Tire Pack)
Residual: 55% =13112

Total depreciation price: 7189 = 199.69/month
Interest: (13112+20301) * 0.0002 = 6.68/month
Sales Tax: 206.37*6/100 = 12.38

total payment Montly: 206.37 + 12.38 = 218.75 ( including interest + tax)

Startups ( payment during signing) = 15 ( title) + 24 ( electronic filing fee) + 210 ( doc fee) + 159 ( registration fees) + 1st payment. Total = 626.75

I hope I got the numbers right and the best deal?

Hi Guys, I have a final question not related to leasing and would need your expert opinion.
I would be leading Honda Accord in MI and may move to DE 3/4 months down the line. Does HFS allow the car to be used in another state and how does the payment vary considering that DE has no sales tax but it has the 4.25% documentation fee. Will that be applicable to leasing cars from different state?
i also have a Honda CR-V on which I paid the total sales tax of 6% in MI, would I have to pay the DE doc fee again? Would I be eligible for a refund of the sales tax when I move to DE from MI?

If you move to a different state, the sales tax of that state would apply. I believe MI taxes the monthly payment, so that would go away once you move.

I'd suggest you do some research on both the MI and DE department of revenue websites for the details.

The minimum score is 660, but that's probably the "auto-enhanced" score, and not a true FICO score.
The FICO score is probably around 700.

With that MSRP and CAP, I get $212/mo.+tax.
MD taxes the full price of the vehicle.
Adding $1200 in tax takes it to $246/mo.

Seems to be about $1200 hiding in that deal, somewhere.
