Florida taxes the monthly payment on a lease, so the tax amount is irrelevant.

And, I don't see the acquisition fee listed anywhere.

Ask the dealer or the adjusted cap cost.

.00100 and 59% for 36/15; extra miles are deducted from the 15k residual at .20 per mile, or $1800 total.

The dealership doesn't have the vehicle I'm looking to get. The have one with all the same options - just not the right color. However, the are certain they can obtain one, but in order to go search, and bring it they wanted to make sure I was agreeable to the pricing if they indeed can produce the exact car I'm looking for.

I had done some prior research and had the true car pricing on the the model with the luxury pkg and options, however I was/am still unsure as to what method I would go with regards to lease or purchase. The sales person stated that didn't have to be decided yet. That brought me to where I am now with the numbers I have above in my previous and 1st post. I've always purchased my vehicles in the past and not leased, however I'm giving the lease option serious consideration this time.

Based on the 1 page quote I was given - it was prepared as a purchase to include sales tax. I don't have the information related to an acquisition fee and the dealership is closed today. I would like to be able to compare how my payments would look both ways, but if my pricing changes for leasing vs buying - I need to know those numbers. I can estimate a acquisition fee but does it replace the dealership (doc) fee of $695 or is it in addition to? I know how to do the calculations I'm just not sure what to start with.
Do I lose all my discounts when I lease? Wouldn't I start with the negotiated price of $53.049 as my cap cost?

The dealership doc fee is just money for the dealership for nothing. It has nothing to do with any other fees, and isn't attributable to anything.

The LFS lease acquisition fee is $700

I only see $500 of lease cash for this model, but I don't have the Southern Region incentive numbers. So, it's possible the $1500 rebate may not be applicable to the lease (but, we don't know).

Leasing should not change the dealer's discount from MSRP, as far as that number doesn't include any extra incentives (like that rebate).

Can you please let us know which variant of the RX is this for? Also, the last program lasted until October 3rd, I assume this is the number for the new program post-Oct 3rd?

.00190 and 60% / 58% / 61%. All trims.

Support for the 2016's seems to have ended as of 11/1, as the .00190 is the standard MF from Lexus. No lease incentives, either.

Probably best to start looking at the 2017's.

Thanks so much for the quick reply. Yes, I've been haggling for a few days with the sales person at the dealer and he has come down quite a bit from the beginning price.
