How about 2016 Lariat 4x4 (supercrew) 36 month 15K, Pennsylvania. Could also get to NJ or DE easily - does the MF change drastically in the same general area?

57% residual, which is nationwide.

Ford has dozens of regions for MF and incentives, and we don't have the numbers for PA/NJ/DE. Closest we can find (geographically) is 2.00%, with $500 lease cash.

Thanks. I was looking at a lease Saturday. The msrp is 51605 and was quoted a buyout of 32963. I ran the numbers and the monthly payment are not coming out right. Based on the numbers I get 319/mo they quoted me at $349. I  requested that they break down their calculations. We'll see what they say tomorrow.
 .6x 51605= 30960. Can the dealership manipulate this number?

The residual is fixed by the bank; dealer cannot alter it.

The dealer can, however, bump the MF for extra profit.

Which state?

The advertised deal works out to about $450/mo, once you amortize the upfront money over the life of the lease.

Thank you for enlightening me on the $450/month figure. Ford is offering $4600 lease cash bonus + $4949 cash from me to bring selling price $9549 off the msrp. The issue I am having on a lease is that the dealer is not willing to offer dealer incentive. $4600 ford cash + dealer incentive + my cash will be really good deal I assume for 24 months. On a finance deal some dealers are willing to go 9k below msrp(5500 ford incentives+dealer incentive).

You should be able to negotiate a discount from sticker, in addition to the incentives. We do not recommend putting money down on a lease; you would lose it if the truck is stolen or totaled.

And, there are some incentives (especially for trucks) that are only valid for purchase, not lease.
