I tried to purchase from one dealer who wouldn't even mention last months lease cash offer, pretty frustrated with ford, but might try again.

In Texas looking for a lease on a 2016 or 2017 F150 Lariat Supercrew. Needing best option for lease cash, customer cash and 12k residuals for 36 or 39 months and rates for both. Hoping 2017 will be close in payments but willing to settle for 2016 if payment is right. Also needing to know if there are tax credits for lease right now? Thanks

Actually, the Texas numbers we have are for Dallas. Ford has many regional numbers, so if you live in Houston, Austin, San Antonio or anywhere else, there may be different numbers that we don't see.

Expand your search range and see if you can find a dealer willing to quote you a lower MF

Thanks, Michaell. Actually, I am in Dallas. I have probably talked to 10-15 dealers and I am just dumbfounded at the MF being around 6%.

I found a very nice F150 at a nice price from a local dealer. I inquired about a lease and the first thing they brought up is that with leasing I would "not qualify for all of the rebates."

Currently, the list the following in their online pricing:

MSRP: $46,885

The dealer is correct; many incentives are applicable only if you buy, not lease.

Yes, the lease cash is meant to offset some of these other incentives.

Ford has several dozen sets of regional numbers for MF and incentive; the ones I quoted are for Pittsburgh. Could be different, as you live in Central PA. Check with multiple dealers in your area and see if you get a different answer.

Residual is fixed by Ford Credit and is nationwide. Again, confirm with other dealers.
