Likely to be included in any price offer the dealer makes you.

Hi I wanted to go ahead and post my deal on 2016 EX-L with RES, longtime reader and the the forum was a big help:

Purchase Price: $32379 (including lease cash)
Lease details 36/12.
MF: 0.0004
RV: 52%
Additional Fees: Acquisition Fee - $595, Taxes: 1110, Title: 220, Tag: 75, Doc Fee: $170

36 payments at 425 dollars, no money down.

Appreciate the help of this forum, only two 2016 EX-L with RES on the lot. So we were happy to get one of them.

I have a question - when I am negotiating the price of the vehicle - ie. xx % off MSRP, do I negotiate the price I am willing to pay and then ask about the lease money? Or is it assumed that the price I am willing to pay includes the lease money already taken into account?

I would assume any price they agree to already includes the lease money, as it's a dealer incentive.
