They are on the monrone window sticker but they are accessories that I dont' want and the dealership may give me for free. If they give them for free, does that affect the sticker price to come down to the MSRP I should pay had the car not come with the accessories in the first place? I don't want to pay for something that I don't want.

You can't change the MSRP - the sticker is the sticker. Simply negotiate a bigger discount to account for these accessories you don't want to pay for.

From all the lease calculators I'm finding online, I can't figure out how my credit score affects any of these numbers. The only interest rates I'm seeing in the calculations is the MF. I thought that was not negotiable? The formula I have for Sales Tax = (Depreciation Fee + Finance Fee) x State Tax Rate. What am I missing? Can you please tell me where my credit comes into the numbers? And which formula it is? Thank you so much!

The MF will increase depending on credit score. 

Sales tax for a lease will depend on what state you live in.

A dealership just quoted me an offer in which the Gross Cap Cost includes all kinds of fees instead of just being the selling price. The Net Cap cost is quoted as the actual selling price that which we agreed upon. Their monthly payment calculations are all based on the gross cap cost. From what I've read, the Gross Cap should only be the Selling price, and the calculations should be based off the Net Cap cost. I've also read that dealers cannot lump any fees into monthly calculations if the customer will be paying them up front. Please advise. Is this dealer scamming me or am I not understanding how to figure out leases?

The dealer is correct - the "net" capitalized cost is the agreed upon selling price. The "gross" cap cost is the selling price plus any taxes and fees you choose to roll into the lease, less any down payment you make.

Dealer can't charge you twice for the same fees - it is your choice to either pay them up front or add them into the gross cap cost.

That implies that I'm being charged twice on all my upfront payments, I would think. If I'm paying all those fees and taxes up front, and the dealer is including them in the gross cap cost (selling price plus fees and taxes) and using that total to calculate my monthly fee from, that means I'm being double charged for them- paying them at signing and then again over the 36 months, doesn't it? The definition of net cap cost I've been working with is the gross cap cost less the cap reduction. The information below is what I've been using. Is it incorrect?

(Net) Capitalized Cost: A leasing term that means the sum total being financed through the lease—vehicle price plus any extras and minus the capitalized cost reduction. Also known as "Adjusted Cap Cost."
Gross Cap Cost: The gross capitalized cost (“cap cost”) is the value of the vehicle that is agreed upon (the sale price). It does not include anything that you agree to pay for over the lease term (amortized amounts), such as fees, services, insurance, taxes and any prior money balance.

Monthly Depreciation Fee = (Net Cap Cost – Residual) / Lease Term

The net cap is not the selling price.
The selling price is the selling price

The gross cap is the selling price, plus all additions.

The net cap is the gross cap minus any amounts paid upfront. (net cap is also known as adjusted cap)

Using the definitions I just gave, the net or adjusted cap is the amount that is used to calculate the lease.

Example:
$42,000 selling price
$595 acq.fee
$500 other fees
$600 accessories/extras

$43,695 Gross CAP cost

Due at signing: $1700 + 1st payment = $1700 CAP cost reduction

$43695 gross cap
$1700 cap cost reduction

$41995 net cap.

Then use the formula you listed in post above.

If you know the formula, quit screwing around with online lease calculators

What about 1st payment, title/license/doc fees? Are they included in the $29,199?

I asked what they were basing this payment on, I was told its because its the end of the month deal. I never told them what my current lease payment is but when the finance manager came over he had it written down on a piece of paper. I have one payment left till my lease is up, my miles are 31K, my current lease is in fantastic condition. I asked if I needed to make an appointment for lease end inspection and they said no they will take care of it. Am I being scammed on this, it sounds to good to be true.

Well.. I doubt you are being scammed, but you'll want to get the details.

If you can lease that car for $299/mo. with just first payment due at signing, and they take you out of your current lease with no charges, that's something I would do, assuming that's the car you want.

Sorry, 36/12 for 2016 Rogue is 59% for all states, all trims. Just a mistake on our part.

Do you know the adjusted capitalized cost? Texas taxes the entire selling price - you can choose to pay it up front or add it into the selling price, along with the other fees.

Is the sales price before the incentives?
