There is a lot of crap in that quote: $1100 in mostly useless accessories, and a $700 dealer fee.
Negotiate those items out, and the price looks a lot better.

.00003 MF and 55% residual for 36/12 lease.

Backing out the sales tax, making the CAP cost $25,452, the payment would be $261/mo.+tax, with just first payment due at signing. (about $279/mo. with 7% tax).

That's not a bad deal, and that's with all the junk numbers left in there.

So just signed for a new 2016 Rogue SL AWD MSRP $31710. 36 month 12k miles. Zero money out of pocket no first payment...$279.95 for for remaining 35 months. I am turning in a 2014 with only 23k miles on it and excellent shape so that may have something to do with it. Happy!

I get $330/mo with tax if I add in the fees to the selling price; $289/mo if I use the selling price as the cap cost. Your deal looks solid - only first payment due at signing?
