1. Have you confirmed that the VIP Price is eligible for a lease? Often there are incentives available for purchase, but not a lease
2. Florida is notorious for large dealer fees ($600 and up) - are you paying this and the other fees up front or are you adding them to the selling price?
3. What is the tax rate?

Extra miles reduce the residual on a per/mile basis. Check with the dealer for the adjustment on the other 9000 miles.

I am interested in leasing '16 Nissan Rogue FWD with S package. What would be the current MF and residual on the vehicle in the Chicagoland area for 36/12K? Looking at current Nissan's own lease deals available for this vehicle based on my zipcode, they have residual listed at 56% but they also mention $1425 taken as manufacturer rebates but Edmunds only mentions $500 rebate. So, in additional to my questions, what are current rebates/incentives for this vehicle?

I would appreciate a quick response as I would like to lease it this week.

Dealer informed me that ~$1900 Sales Tax and $800 Fees such as documentation, acquisition etc..

If the sales tax is collected up front, then there is almost $1500 difference between the selling price and the cap cost used to get at the payment quoted by the dealer.

Of course, the MF could be marked up on you.

How likely is it that the 57% residual and .00003 MF would change for the month of August? My concern is that if I don't get a deal done by today the residual will go down or the MF will go up.
