Those numbers give me a payment of $444.49/mo before tax.

With your prices, I get $463/mo for 12K and $487/mo for 15K - I'm assuming a tax rate of 6.35% for CT

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost for each of their quotes.

Our recommendation is that you roll the dealer and acquisition fees into the payment. Up front cash should be limited to the first payment and registration. $199 vin etch is junk.

Vin etch is junk agree, they have to offer it as per the state law but it is optional.

New to the forums guys. Need to get a RDX and have been looking greater Chicago. Got dealer down to 300 all in for FWD or 320 all in for AWD. 0 down and everything rolled into the payment for RDX Base. 10K/36 month. I know it's good but I've seen better in the past. Should I wait because we're not in a rush and 2018 around the corner? Also what should I ask to have them throw in?

Current program runs through July 5th.

You should negotiate a price that includes those incentives... so, if you think 8% off MSRP is good, then it's MSRP minus 8% minus $3750.

.15 per mile deduct for demos; however, you cannot get a 7500 mile allowance on a demo - 10K is the minimum.

Breakdown was:
MSRP: $38145
Sale price: $31,378.58
MF: .00119
residual: 59% ($22505.55)

Is this a good deal or do you think I can get lower?

$330/mo with tax on a $38K car is pretty good. Only way to improve on it is to get more of a discount off sticker.

Hey guys, I wasn't able to do nearly as well as the previous poster, but I ended up leasing a new RDX Base FWD (MSRP 36510). I don't have the exact numbers with me but the monthly is 335, drive off was about 620 (dmv fees + 1st month). Also got some all weather floor mats for free.

It was pretty tricky because they kept hiding numbers from me, and I think I could have done better, but I was satisfied for the most part. Thanks for all the help here.

Just my .02 shoot for 1% of msrp as your monthly payment with just the first payment out of pocket.
