Request MF/RV for 2017 Q7 Premium Plus in 29229 (SC). No options. MSRP 59,750. Not sure what lease packages are available from Audi on this car yet...looking for something around 15-18k miles and 42-48 mos.
TIA!
.00214 and 55% / 52% for 15k miles. Extra miles are charged up front at .15 per mile.
Michael, I went today and test drove 2017 Q7. I really really liked it and want to lease. I'm interested in the premium and the best they are telling me then can do is 670 a month with 3785 down for 39 mnth lease term. I tried asking for 45 mnth but they can only go up to 42. They originally offered 670.

Yes, that's what they wrote me a quote for, and told me. I'm shopping around yet and I'm going asking for MSRP and Residual value for premium and premium plus model.
Anything else I should ask and find out? (I'm sort of new to this)

Hi, all. My first time posting. Please go easy on me!
We live in the NYC area, and got a preliminary lease quote for $979/month for a 2017 Audi Q7 Prestige—see details below. Don’t yet have taxes, fees, etc.
We’re looking to get to a monthly price of about $750/month.
1) From the info I’m providing, is $979/month roughly accurate?
2) What would we need to do to get to $750/month? We think we could adjust the build and lower the MSRP/Selling price by about $1,000 or so. Other than cutting back on options to lower the price further, is putting more than $5,000 down pretty much the only way to get down to $750/month?

I recommend you find a lease calculator (I use Car Finance BOSS for Android) and run the numbers yourself to make sure the dealers math is good. I recently busted my dealership on TWO errors on my recent A4 deal.
When I plug in your numbers (By the way, your MF is the best I've seen on here, most are above .002) I get a monthly payment of $787.93. Like you said, this is pre-tax, fees, etc. Looks like the dealer has over $6500 in fees... that's the only way I come up with a monthly payment close to what they quoted you, so essentially your Out The Door price is actually $76,500. You'll definitely want to account for each add-on, tax, destination charge, road hazard cost, Audi Care, etc. Many will say avoid the add-ons, and I agree, except for the road hazard protection. Tires are pricey, and SC has a million potholes. Flat tire my 1st week in the A4.
Hi Guys, Can you help me to see if the below number is a good deal. Dealer sent me an updates with all numbers. Thank you so much.
MSRP $61,855 ePrice $58,385 Discount $3,500 36 month lease / 12,000 miles per year (resdiual 62%) $38,368 $777.77 plus tax $1,357 due at signing money factor .00205 Acquistion Fee $795 Net Cap Cost $59,160
updates, dealer helped me go through US bank, with the same residue , the MF changed to 0.0012. Then payment come down to 697, or 722 ( with audi care). Due at sign is only the first month plus DMB registration. about 1.3K Any one can help me check if this is a good deal? and 3.5k discount is good enough?

The discount is good for a Q7. I don't like 3rd party banks. They have no interest in keeping you as a customer, and as a result, you have no leverage at lease end.

Thank you. But I don't understand the leverage at lease means. Can you give me a little details? Also do you think I should get Audi care or not. It is 849. But the first service is free. And I think I will only two service need to be paid.

What we mean is that a 3rd party bank will probably be more likely to charge you for wear and tear issues; a manufacturers' finance company will want you to re-lease with them, and may be more forgiving on those charges.
AudiCare adds 1% to the residual, so it's a good deal.
Can you please let me know the MF and RV of a Q7 Premium at the following lease terms and miles?

Also, what % discounting off of MSRP are people seeing (in California)? Are they still going for close to sticker? And how much does it differ when buying an in-stock vehicle versus ordering one custom?

We show .00214 MF and 59% residual. Also, $795 is the AFS acquisition fee. Is this an Audi Financial Services lease? Which state?
Of course, the lease variables you've provided are better.
Using your numbers results in a payment of $850/mo.
But, the numbers you provided don't add up. $4225 due at signing, but the amounts listed are almost $5000. Maybe one or more of those items is in the CAP cost?
NJ These are credit union numbers Audi numbers are unaffordable Yes rest will go towards CAP cost Maybe I can increase my initial payment to 4950 to cover all fees and taxes?
Which calculator should I use for most accurate numbers? Because I'm also getting around $850 using various calculators online. Don't know how they're come up with 871

Since the total of fees, taxes, 1st payment listed is more than your due at signing amount, some of it must have been rolled over into the CAP cost. That would likely make up the difference.

Question for Michael and Kyfdx I'm offered 60% residual for prestige by a dealer in NJ thru US bank I know premium and premium plus has a higher residual by 2% but not by 4% So my question is - Do residuals vary by state and since I'm in the Northeast, they're lower here? Are residuals negotiable? Should I demand a higher residual?

We do not have any access to the US bank numbers, so we cannot tell you what the difference in residual should be between the different trim levels.
The residual amount is fixed by the bank, and cannot be negotiated
Do we have to go through the dealer for lease financing or are there auto lease companies that the buyer can deal with directly like when you finance to purchase a car?

The dealer can use other banks.. it's almost impossible to do on your own (almost). You can be certain that the dealer has access to better programs through independent banks than you could find on your own.

Is the $979 quote with you putting up $5000 at lease signing? Looks like it might be.
If you want to get to $750/mo. from $979 mo, you need to reduce the adjusted CAP cost by $7800, by either more discount, or more money down.
That doesn't look like an AFS money factor, though that is their residual. I'd check on that.
Frankly, this isn't a $750/mo. vehicle. If that's your budget, look at something else.

On-line calculators often make assumptions we know nothing about. Better to control all the variables yourself.
