Tks Michael. I am based in MN and my experience with the local dealer here has been really bad. Their sales guys are very obnoxious and always tell they have more demand than supply for Q7 and don't need to offer any discount. Same with the MF. Any dealers you would recommend for me to contact?

If there are a limited number of Audi dealers in the Twin Cities, then you may want to expand your search to Milwaukee and Chicago. The cost of a one way plane ticket may be less than the money you'll save.

What are the current RV and MF now for NH the just the base - Q7 Premium for - all across the board, 10/12/15k and 30-36-39-48. Looking for that sweet spot ( if there is one)

Only incentive I see - is a loyalty cash of 3k which ends 9/30, which I would also qualify for, Any others?

I am considering a 2017 q7 and the dealer is giving me a residual of 49%. He says that is for going through us bank and the banks determine residual. Is this correct?

That must be through a 3rd party bank. The lowest residual I see is 52% for 48 months, 15,000 miles on the Prestige trim level.

In the next day or so, the 2017 Prestige Q7 I ordered a few months ago will FINALLY be arriving at the dealership, so I need to get some information before negotiating my lease.

Can someone please provide the RV and MF currently being offered through Audi Financial for each of the following lease terms:

1) 36m/10k and 36m/12k
2) 42m/10k and 42m/12k
3) 48m/10k and 48m/12k

Also, is it still the case that the purchase of Audi Care increases the RV by 1%?

I'll likely have a few more questions, so thank you in advance for your help!

Add 1% for 10K, and 1% for AudiCare.

My salesman is telling me that the current RV% on a 36m/12k term through US Bank for a 2017 Q7 Prestige is 56%.

Can anyone confirm this? Or does anyone know how I can confirm this %?

So, assuming he's truthful about the US Bank RV%, are these my final two scenarios (for a 2017 Q7 Prestige with 36m/12k term—other details below) before I >gulp!< head into the lion's den:

US Bank - 56% RV and .00135 MF
$992 monthly payment OR
$1,080 monthly payment, rolling in $88/month taxes (assuming $3,171 in sales tax over term)

Audi Financial - 62% RV and .00216 MF
$996 monthly payment OR
$1,084 monthly payment if $88/month taxes rolled in (assuming $3,182 in sales tax over term)
Note: In calculation above, 1% was added to 61% base RV, and $869 for purchase of Audi Care was rolled in

Factors Used

• MSRP—$74,345
  
• Negotiated Price—$71,845, which includes a $950 Destination Charge
  
• 36 month /12,000 mile term
  
• US Bank - 56% RV and .00135 MF
  
• Audi Financial - .00216 MF & 61% RV (or 62% w/ Audi Care)

.00216 is for top tier credit. Only way to reduce it is to use MSDs to buy down the MF - Audi allows 9, each of which reduce the MF by .00005 (.00045 total).

Yes, I used 62% as the residual to get the $970/mo pre-tax payment.

1. No idea what will happen to the numbers next month. Likely not to change too much, relative to the payment calculated.
2. You are welcome to add the tax amount to the cap cost - in fact, that's our recommendation. If the car is stolen or totaled, you won't have pre-paid the tax amount out of pocket.

No, that is the rate for top tier credit. Only the use of multiple security deposits will bring it down.

AudiCare covers the cost of all maintenance, so the $849 cost is offset by a 1% bump in the residual - $500 on a $50K MSRP.

Will you be able to get 3 years of service done at your Audi dealer for $350? Check with your dealer's service department for the answer to that question.
